Screws Too Long for Wall Anchors
Screws are too long to tighten into wall anchors before they start spinning in drywall. Now they can't be tightened at all! Do you guys actually try installing yourselves? What a mess, thanks delta.

Poor engineering
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always buy Delta faucets and have been happy with them. I recently bought bathroom accessories to match. The set screw to mount the finish bracket to the inner hardware requires an Allen wrench (supplied). The problem is that the Allen wrench, after a quarter turn, has to be blindly seated into the screw on the underside of the finish bracket prior to the next quarter turn. A straight screw to mount the finish bracket would be MUCH easier. With a straight screw, the screw driver can turn the screw to completion in one pass. Delta should borrow a plumbing engineer to redesign the matching accessories. BEWARE when you purchase.

Well made, looks good!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with the Delta tissue holder and have installed 5 of them along with towel bars, robe hooks and towel hoops. The only reason that I rated it 4 and not 5 is the little alan wrench set screw is hard to make work - there must be an easier way... Overall though, I would recommend the Delta tissue holder.

Perfect Match
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased four of these Windemere tissue holders, as well as towel bars and rings, to go with my Delta Windemere Widespread faucets. Everything matches perfectly, and I'm very pleased with the look. We chose the Brilliance Stainless, but the darker finish (I believe it's Oil Rubbed Bronze) is lovely too.

Poor Aesthetic Quality is Disappointing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fabrication quality of this line of tissue/towel bars is not on par with Delta faucet products I have purchased in the past. A replacement had the same poor flange quality including thin materials and marks from fabrication. The product was priced attractively, but if looks are important to you spend the incremental cost for a higher quality product.

Does the Windmere tissue holder come with a swivel arm?
Hi Marietheo, Thank you for your question. The model 70050-SS tissue holder is only available as a spring loaded tissue holder. The swivel arm is not an option offered on this model.

Can I get replacement mounting hardware for a delta windermere Towel rack. It has two slots.
I need to replace the cylinder for the Windemere oil rubbed bronze TP holder 70050-OB. I think my cleaning friend accidently threw it out when it dropped into the wastebasket. Do you have just the part that goes through the toilet paper cylinder?
