Q&A
I have the Lahara 18" towel bar installed in my shower. It has rusted out the bottom on one side and it will no longer tighten on the bracket. Is that replaceable or do I have to buy a whole new bar just for the mounting bracket?

can your towel bars be cut to short length?
so can a 18" towel bar be shorten to 16"?
Even to 12"?

Thank you for your question. This model can be cut to the desired length. However, not all of our towel bars can be cut shorter.

One of the supports for the towel bar is slightly loose. What size Allen wrench is required to tighten the Allen screw inside the support?
We do apologize for your inconvenience. The Lahara Towel bar requires Allen Wrenceh for #8 set screw. I hope this is helpful. Kind Regards, emccollum

We have selected the Lahara Champagne Bronze shower fixtures. We need a towel bar for the back wall of the shower but the wall is only 20" wide.
Can this bar be cut down to 16"?

I have a Delta Lahara towel bar and toilet paper holder. I want to remove them before I paint the bathroom, My contractor installed them, How do I remove them? Do I need a special tool? thank you

I bought a Delta Faucet Lahara® 18" Towel Bar in Champagne Bronze. I have stupidly cut the 1/2 " bar too short and am wondering if I can get another 20" x 1/2" bar?
