Ring slipped out of wall fitting
A few months after we installed this towel ring, the ring part pulled out of the fitting that attaches it to the wall. The ends of the ring don't hold together anymore with the clear rubber sleeve inside the wall fitting. Otherwise, the ring is very nice and looks great on the wall. Just wish that both ends of the ring had been better fastened.

I bought this to go with the Lahara Faucets I purchased. Nice, clean look that goes with modern and traditional. My bathroom is western/rustic themed and looks great without being over the top. Only complaint is installation. These replaced Delta hardware that was 8 years old and installed completely different. Very tiny allen wrench to tighten and two of them would not tighten all the way. Took me over an hour to fix them.

I am trying to remove the towel holder from the wall in order to do some painting. I don't have a tool of the proper size/type to loosen the set screw, what do I need in order to loosen the set screw?
Thank you for your question, Chris747! The set screw can be loosened with a 8-32 x 7/16" cone point hex socket screw. The ring will then lift off of the mounting bracket. Please let us know if you have any further questions or need assistance.

Is the color of your discontinued Talbott Venetian bronze? And which other model most closely match its color for accessories?

I have seen pictures of this towel ring that look all shiny chrome and some that look brushed chrome on the ends. Please confirm which is correct.

I have the Greydon faucet in spotshield brushed nickel and I’m looking for accessories that will complement the shape. Thought this might work. Any recommendations?
