Hi.  Is the rain shower head stainless steel? It feels a little light.

Hi Delta, I bought 3 of these for my home. Upon the third install, the 3-way arm diverter broke. The NPSM-2B piece in this pdf (https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-B-U4924-PK%20Rev%20A.pdf) broke off. How do I go about getting this part replaced?

Hello, just to confirm, should I be using NPT 1/2" for the shower arm and any other adapters (e/g a shutoff valve for the handle)?

I plan on installing the R1000 valve in my remodeled shower. What cartridge do I need for the shower model number: 75107SN. Also, I would appreciate any suggestions for a faucet.

Hello! The cartridge is included with the actual shower trim kit that gets installed onto the R10000 valve, (i.e. 13, 14, 17 or 17T series).
