Is this made with plastic or metal?

The part of the faucet that you grab onto is made of plastic or a plastic mixture, as metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion, and retains heat. I need 25 shower heads with 1.5 to 1.8 gpm flow. I like the 75301r unit . Can I buy 25 at a time?
