Rated 5 out of 5 by from powder room faucet [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This went perfect with our above the counter black sink! WE LOVE IT!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks pretty, but so impractical! We bought these when we did our remodel because we wanted a single handle faucet and clean lines. I should have listened to reviews, but it was a new product at the time, so we went with it thinking, some people just like to gripe. Boy were we wrong! It's been a year, but ever since we've had them, the water splashes all over because of the spout, so this leads to constantly wiping down when we are done using the faucet to prevent water spots. When we having some money, we will dump these and start over! Don't buy this!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can't handle the splashing I bought this faucet for my powder room and it looks great with my vessel sink. But the splashing that occurs is unbearable, all over the wall, mirror, molding, and counter. I often go into the kitchen to wash my hands to avoid using this faucet. After a year of dealing with this, I am resigned to the fact that I have to replace this expensive faucet. I wish I had the other reviews available before purchasing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Splashing As others have said, this faucet looks great but unfortunately it splashes so much that it is a nightmare to use. I have to be very careful to only turn it on slightly to minimize splashing. The problem is especially noticeable when I have guests because they are not accustomed to using it like I am and turn it on like a normal faucet... water everywhere. Also, I have it in the chrome finish and it has gotten quite discolored--even with constant cleaning. Overall, looks great but performs quite poorly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I bought 2 of these beautiful faucets last December to be used in the remodel of my master bath. Because this is just one part of a huge remodeling job, the faucets were just recently installed and they fit perfectly in the more contemporary design of my new bathroom. I was thrilled! The splashing that I had read about is an issue, but is not as noticeable with the deeper vessel sinks that I have. My largest issue is that the water flow when on the hottest setting is barely a trickle and the water never gets hotter than barely warm. The water in my tub and my shower will get scalding hot, but not even what I could call hotish through these faucets. The plumber has dissected both faucets and everything is hooked up as it should be. He believes it to be an issue with the faucets themselves. I would be interested to know if any similar issues have been reported and, hopefully, if there is a simple answer to this issue. My rating would have been much higher (even with the splashing issue) if I weren't having this particular problem.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Splish Splash I'm not taking a bath I purchased 2 of these for our master ensuite in our newly built home. I was so looking forward to seeing how these would look with are new glass bowl sinks but that excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I saw how much water this faucet splashed over the countertop, on the mirror and on the walls. It matches the two handle (T4753) Roman Tub faucet (which works fine) but I wish I would never have bought it without checking the reviews first.

I have the 753LF faucets installed with partially recessed vessel sinks. They splash on the mirror. What can I do to minimize the splash? I've tried varying the water pressure. Should I remove the aerator or do you have a different 1 that would help?

Is the brilliance stainless the same as brushed nickel

Asked by: Leenee
Hi, Leenee! Thank you for your question. The Brilliance Stainless Steel finish is similar to the Brushed Nickel finish in that they are both a 'brushed' neutral, low-gloss, warm and muted finish. Best Regards, Rosanna

Does the Vero faucet work well in shallow vessel sinks? Does it splash?

Asked by: Nickee
Hi Nickee, Thank you for your question. The model 753LF does not have an aerated flow of water and does tend to splash. It probablly would not be the best match with a shallow bowl. Thanks, Dave

Does the Vero have a forward turning faucet lever? We need something that operates forward due to narrow clearance between sink vessel and mirror. Looking for any vessel sink tall faucets in the Delta line with forward motion faucet.

Asked by: Lisa
Thank you for your question, Lisa! The handle on model 753LF, moves backward and forward at a 45 degree angle. Any square handle we manufacture for a single handle lavatory faucet, is going to have that range of movement. The handle pulls out, away from the body to turn on and give cold water. Pull the handle towards you to get hot water. Best Regards, Benjamin

Is there an optional piece that makes it a 553 vs. a 753?

Asked by: RAKA
Hello Raka, Thank you for your question. The Delta Vero Vessel 753LF faucet comes with a riser apart of the spout body and the Lavatory 553LF model does not and one can not be added to it. Best regards, Tanya
