Rated 3 out of 5 by from A pain to keep clean! I love the look of this faucet...and I don't have any splashing issues. I think that has more to do with the placement and shape of your vessel sink (mine is a rectangle with a flat bottom) My issue is how to keep the brass color looking good. I can't find any recommended cleaning product that will take away the ever present water marks. :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Vero stuff rules (stainless steel) I have this vessel faucet installed on a deep rectangular basin with my quarter turn valves slightly shut off. The waterfall effect of the spout (and the shower/tub version I have) is a beautiful effect. Don't listen to these people who don't know how to design a proper vesssel sink - if you put a bowl with a curved surface with water shooting down on it - OF COURSE its goign to splash. You didn't match the right vessel to the right faucet. Amazing product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks pretty, but so impractical! We bought these when we did our remodel because we wanted a single handle faucet and clean lines. I should have listened to reviews, but it was a new product at the time, so we went with it thinking, some people just like to gripe. Boy were we wrong! It's been a year, but ever since we've had them, the water splashes all over because of the spout, so this leads to constantly wiping down when we are done using the faucet to prevent water spots. When we having some money, we will dump these and start over! Don't buy this!

But the splashing that occurs is unbearable, all over the wall, mirror, molding, and counter. I often go into the kitchen to wash my hands to avoid using this faucet. After a year of dealing with this, I am resigned to the fact that I have to replace this expensive faucet. I wish I had the other reviews available before purchasing.

Hello! Which other parts would I need to buy for this faucet ?

Hello Catherineesmi, Thank you for your question. The Delta Vero Vessel 753LF-CZ model is a complete faucet model. This faucet does not come with a drain/pop-up assembly. We have a couple of different styles of drain assemblies for you to choose from. We have grid strainers and pop-up assemblies, with and without overflow holes. Model number are as follows: RP47678-grid strainer without overflow holes RP6346-grid strainer with overflow holes 72172-push-pop without overflow holes 72173-push-pop with overflow holes. Can this faucet be used as a tub filler for a freestanding tub?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 753LF-CZ is a lavatory faucet that flows at 1.5 gpm at 60 psi. Tub faucets usually flow at around 10-12 gallons per minute. We do not recommend using this faucet as a tub filler.

What is the difference between Vero ceramic valve and the EuroMotion Diamond valve used with the Compel collection? Is one longer lasting or better?

Thank you for your question. It depends on the faucet as to which valve is being used and they are not interchangeable. Neither valve is better than the other and they are both covered under out limited lifetime warranty.

Is there an option to have the handle on the left side instead of the right?

How do I clean the 753? My cold water supply is now almost completely blocked. The rectangular discharge spout doesn't have a screen/filter as standard sinks do. We have a well that supplies our water.

Hello Steve Car, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! I am sorry the flow on the cold side is blocked, I know this can be frustrating, and I am happy to help you! We do recommend flushing the valve; It will allow the removal of debris in the lines. Here are the steps for flushing your faucet. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. You will need Phillip's screwdriver and start by popping the cap off the front of the handle. Then you would remove your handle with the screwdriver. Please pull the handle off of the cartridge, you will then find the cap and bonnet nut. Both the cap and bonnet nut would be unthreaded from the faucet. The next part you should see is the cartridge, please grab and pull it out. Then, using needle-nose pillars, grab the brass insert and pull it out. Under the insert is the flow restrictor and this is where the blockage would be located, once cleaned follow the directions in reverse for reinstall. How do I remove the cartridge? I think there is come calcium built up in it and I can't figure out how to get the cartridge out.

Hi Bryan512, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 753LF. After removing the handle, the finished cap, and unscrewing the bonnet nut with the water supply off, The cartridge should pull straight out of the valve. If it is held in place with mineral deposits, we recommend soaking the area with 50/50 white vinegar and water, then rinsing the finish. Wrapping a soaked rag around the area is one way.
