Once installed, it provides you with a luxurious shower experience and complete control over your water with a pivoting raincan and the option to use the raincan on its own, the shower head on its own, or both together. The Delta® ProClean® Hand Shower cleans shower surfaces at least two times faster than standard sprays, powering off soap scum and shower messes. Perfect for an easy upgrade, the ProClean® Hand Shower makes it easier to keep your shower and tile clean and reduce soap scum buildup with regular use. The focused, wide fan spray allows you to quickly clean hard-to-reach places without stepping foot in the shower. Works well
The showerhead is a plastic Leick material which I was not expecting, It appears cheap. However, with that said it works well, and guests have commented on what a great shower they had.

easy install, overall quality shower experience
easy to install after waiting way too long for Delta to ship this to me after ordering from Home Depot. Shower quality is better than a competing Moen dual head that I was trying out as well. Even for low flow, it's pretty good water pressure. The switching between modes is solid and the power wash feature is really handy. They should focus on making the magnet attachment more solid as it can shake loose with some inadvertent contact.

What A Feeling!!!
I've always enjoyed a efficient showerhead and this one didn't let me down. It uses a magnet to help the hand shower remain in place. It can also be paused while you later up, shave, or wash your hair. Water pressure is strong jyst the way I like it. The best part is I installed it all alone in minutes and it saved me time. It's detachable and has several different spray settings for a thorough and invigorating experience. I feel so much better and my skin feels much healthier after showering.

Place anywhere showerhead
Love this showerhead. The positioning allows me to put this showerhead in any size shower and tailor the angle to user preference. Especially give then handheld showerhead as additional flexibility.

is the shower head and hose, made of plastic or metal?
The hose for the shower head is so stiff that it's almost unusable. It's like trying to bend a metal pipe when we try to use it. Is there a more flexible hose that we can swap this for?

what is it made from, plastic or metal?

All of our current hand showers are non-metallic to prevent heat transfer that could result in scalding and reduce weight. Non-metallic parts are also beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode.
