I like that I can remove the handheld one and use it at the same time as the top one and the handheld one is very lightweight it's very easy to remove and place back.

I like Delta 2 in1 shower head, it has spot shield brushed nickel finish, it’s lightweight but durable, and the hose is long enough for a comfortable shower. I recommend it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice, versatile shower head! I’ve been using the Delta In2ition 2-in-1 shower head for a few weeks and overall I’m pleased with it. It was super easy to install, no tools required, and taking less than 5 minutes from removing the old shower head to installing the new one. The 4 spray settings are awesome as the full spray provides good coverage, the massage setting has a strong pulse, and the combination mode is great for balancing pressure and comfort. I personally loved the massage spray on my back after a long day at work. I also liked the pause feature as it’s perfect for shaving. Being able to use the fixed shower head, the handheld wand, or both at the same time adds a lot of versatility. The handheld wand itself works well, and the length of the hose is sufficient for comfortable use and reach. I also liked the modern styling with brushed nickel finish that matched my shower perfectly. My main complaint is how the wand docks into the main shower head. While it stays in place, it feels a bit weak and slightly wobbly, which takes away from the otherwise solid feel of the unit. Overall, it performs well and offers great flexibility with the different modes. If the docking system felt sturdier, this would easily be a 5-star shower head.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really nice Many different settings. The outer ring switch can make water come out - Outer ring only, inner piece only, & both outer and inner piece together. Then the inner piece can be shower & spray, shower, jet spray, and off. The inner piece can come out and be used as a hand held spray, mounted on the shower clip that is included, or on the inside of the outer ring. It holds good and small knocks does not knock it off its magnetic hold. Easy to install like any basic shower head. Really happy with it.

Give you two dual heads and a stand to hold the second detached shower head. Great pressure material seems very durable and the finish look was stunning literally left my bathroom looking much more modern.

Is there a parts diagram for this item? I need the metal part that attaches the fixed shower head to the shower arm. It is the part that has the flow restricter and swivels to adjust the position of the shower head.

I bought 2 of these units through Amazon about 7 months ago. They seemed to be fine until one snapped off. The ball broke off at the pipe and the whole thing fell to the floor. Is this part covered under warranty?

how do I change the Heat restrictor

Hello Bob27, Thank you for your question! We apologize for the inconveniences you are experiencing and will be happy to help you. The temperature can be adjusted on the Delta cartridge by rotating the knob on the front of the volume handle. The Rotational Limit Stop can be adjusted to set the maximum temperature. To do this, remove the temperature knob cover by prying it by hand at the tip. This should pop it off of the gray knob, allowing you to remove the Phillips head screw. I just bought two of these 4 setting In2ition units and they both dribble a lot in the pause setting on the hand held portion. Is that supposed to happen? Unlikely that both would malfunction tha way, equally unlikely that you would design it to dribble.

When installing, my husband stripped the threads on the connector to the supply line. He had no issue with the first one he installed. We need to get that part which is plastic. Is that possible? We just bought them today for our grandkids.

So I just barley bought this and installed it, but there is not much pressure in the handheld part. Plenty of pressure in the main shower head, but when I switch it to handheld, it just comes slow and drizzling. What could be wrong since it is new?

Hi Dblake22, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The 4-Setting In2ition MODEL#: 75486C has a maximum flow rate of 1.75 GPM at 80 psi. It is possible that flushing the product could resolve this issue. To do this, turn off the water supplies, remove the cartridge, and turn the supplies back on for one minute. Please make sure that you are getting good flow through both the hot and cold sides while flushing. You can also shake the cartridge back and forth to make sure the back half of the cartridge rattles. This means that the pressure-balancing spool is moving freely, as it should. I have well water and the pressure coming out of this shower head is not strong.  Is there a way to clean out sediment to improve the flow rate.

This model is a water efficient product and will only provide a flow rate of 1.75gpm at 80psi. Unfortunately, you will either need to install a pressure booster between the well and the house to increase flow rate.
