The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. If the water supply pipe is straight coming out of the wall is there an adjustment so the shower head can be directed downward?

Why does this come with a gray shower arm connector? Why not a matching brushed nickle?

Thank you for your question, El Cid! Model 75490SN uses a non-metallic swivel connector as metal or finished moving parts are more susceptible to heat, corrosion or general wear and tear. Just recently installed this shower head and fir some reason I’m not getting any water from the handheld portion of the shower head.  I’ve tried the different settings on the handheld base, but still no water.  Any suggestions?

I have a Delta 75490 shower IN2ITION. The round piece that srcrews the shower head onto the water faucet broke. Is there a way to get a replacement part?

It's called a Ball Connector. I was told that they wouldn't send just that piece that I need to buy an entire new shower fixture. Mine is only 2 years old. Frustrating! They have a Limited Life Time Warranty and I am waiting to see what that actually covers.

I just bought one of these and am shocked to see there is no longer a filter screen in the shower head. What filters the water as it comes into the unit? Is this a design change or did I get a defective product?

If the connection needs to be cleaned, we recommend rinsing with water. If water deposits have built up over time, we recommend soaking in 50/50 white vinegar and water. To help avoid issues with water debris, we recommend flushing the shower with the showerhead removed and fully opening the hot and cold for a minute before installing the showerhead, when the valve is serviced, and as part of routine maintenance. Want to add 84" hose to wash dog. The hose to the shower head itself is not totally round, it has two little additions in the top corner. How do you unscrew that once it's already been assembled?

But our faucets are designed to operate well at 60 psi and there would be good water flow from this showerhead similar to the flow at 80 psi.
