The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. Spray setting switch is designed to fail.
Spray setting switch failed in 6 months. It was disappointing to see product failed in such a short duration. Now the shower spray is struck in single setting that not ideal for shower

Stay away from this product if you enjoy showering
This is a design prone to failure!
My poor wife doesn't have the hand strength to press the cycle button when it gets stuck in the pause cycle.
The similar shaped 'wand only' style has a rotating bezel which is easy to turn. The button style is horrible. When it worked, it was a pretty good shower head for the price, but now only a few months later is a major disruption in our morning. Delta needs to create a more reliable design, perhaps a lever...

Broke in 3 months
Product was installed during a bathroom remodel which was completed in February. On May 29, 2025 the product broke. The push button on the handheld portion malfunctioned and no longer works. Is their a replacement for the handheld portion?

Plastic parts taint nice showerhead/sprayer
Only 4.5 years of every day use, and the PLASTIC piece that screws onto the pipe on the wall broke. Hope I can find a replacement piece, preferably one that is metal, not plastic. Showerhead and wand work great otherwise.

Worked good for 2 years than the plastic attachment that connects to wall piece cracked and the shower head dropped off. Why would you use a plastic attachment when you are expected to pull the shower piece out of the center, that kind of wear and tear would warrant a more durable point of attachment.

Wasted money
Handheld portion of unit does not work. Tried all troubleshooting suggested, including flushing the valves, etc., but nothing worked. So instead of a 2-in-1, it is a 1-in-1. Very disappointed.

My hand sprayer doesn’t work at all, and when I change the knob, it goes from shower to dripping water to shower. The hand thing doesn’t work at all, and you can’t push the button in to change the settings.

What are the biggest differences between this model and the 5 sprays rociadores model, besides the number of sprays and larger diameter. Thank you

Hello, I installed my shower head and I noticed when switching between each setting (shower head vs handshower), a little water will leak from whichever setting isn’t selected. Is this normal, if not how do I remedy that?

It appears the plastic part that connects the ball to the pipe is a problem. For years. Is the only solution to purchase a whole new hand held shower?

Unfortunately, the part that connects the showerhead to the shower arm pipe is not available as an individual part. The showerhead may need to be replaced.

The hand shower button does not work anymore and thr unit is only 2years old, is a replacement sold for the hand shower portion of the unit

Unfortunately, we don't carry the hand shower as an individual part. Soaking the button area with 50/50 white vinegar and water can help remove mineral buildup that can cause an issue. Or the showerhead may need to be replaced.

I have model #75494. The plastic nut broke that holds the shower head to the pipe coming out of the wall. How 2 get repacement ASAP. Can I get it locally?

I just purchased this shower head and installed it…. However, the shower settings do not change and I am unable to get just the handheld running with water… very disappointed

To change the hand shower spray settings, press the black button down until it clicks. To use the hand shower only, without the showerhead, turn the diverter knob located behind the showerhead.
