Waste of money

Started out strong then...
Had about 2-3 years. Worked great until recently. Pressure started dropping about 6 mos. ago and now mode button doesn't work unless you turn of water and bang it against wall.
Would be nice if it had replaceable parts...
It asks if I would refer to a friend. I would say yes for features, no for lifespan, no for price.

Love then Hate
Had this only about 11 months and the water wont come out of the hand held part. Nothing wrong with the hose. I did soak in vinegar and still nothing. Of course I cant find my receipt. Wont be buying another Delta.

Not built to last
I bought this shower head about 3 years ago so it's got some milage but now water comes out as a trickle. I've tried cleaning it to no avail. Unfortunately, even though there's a 5 year warranty, I don't have my receipt.
I also want to note that at first I didn't even realize my shower head was declining, I thought I had an issue with the water temperature. Then I had a work trip and as soon as I stepped into the hotel shower, I was amazed. It was the best shower I had in a long time. As soon as I got back home to this shower head, I knew I needed a new one.

Flimsy design - broke way too easily
This in2ition shower head with wand, that was loved, but only lasted a month. Why would the engineers choose plastic for a thin swivel-ball expected to hold the weight of a large-ish shower head and wand typically full of water when in use?
Please don't apologize for the inconvenience, not to mention the cost of finding a replacement. Just pick up your game before the landfill overflows.

Defective shower head
The button controlling the on-off capability of the hand wand always was a problem (loose) and ultimately failed rendering the hand held shower attachment useless.

The shower head is good and we enjoyed it till the shower button got stuck.
I bought this shower a few months back and the button is stuck in one setting and how hard I press it the shower setting doesn't change. Expected better quality from Delta.

Shower Head Switch Quits Working
We have owned two of these shower heads and like the different spray options, but I would recommend against buying one. I should have learned my lesson on the first one, but I thought maybe the bad switch was a one time problem so I bought another one. Alas, they both have the same problem with the switch - works for a couple of months and then it doesn't. After all of the complaints, you would think the designers and engineers would come up with a better switch solution for this model. Don't waste your money on this product!

Shower Head is Garbage
A year ago I had ordered this shower head from Home Depot. Initially we loved it. It worked well every day for about three months. Then the button broke and made switching between the different modes hard. We could still manage to change modes but it was a struggle. It progressively got worse. After about 6 months of use and when there was no switching at all I contacted Delta. Delta did honor their warranty and replaced the showerhead, but it was replaced with the same model. So here it is November 1 of 2023 and this second replacement model has the same exact issue the first one did. The button design is terrible. Absolutely terrible. It does not change modes at all now. If you accidentally drop the wand part at all with wet hands, or bump it against something on accident then it messes up the internals for the button and just causes chaos from there. Sometimes the shower wand wouldn’t go back into the base correctly so it would fall out on its own and then slam against the shower wall which also caused chaos for the button. I wish the design for this would be updated to a switch, because it’s a fantastic shower head otherwise but the little button design is horrible.

Junk! Select Button Stuck
I replaced another Delta handheld that lasted about 15 years for this crap. This was pitiful and I expected a lot more from Delta. If this is an example of Delta products these days, I'll have to move on to someone else for the rest of the house.

Shower handle button does not work after 4 months
I expected more from Delta. I loved this showerhead initially, but now the center portion is stuck on one setting and the button no longer works. It's nearly impossible to get through to their customer service line by phone. I emailed. Awaiting a response.

Plastic fitting breaks too easy
This thing broke as soon as I tried to install it. Delta says "There are no replacement parts for it". So the warranty is meaningless. They won't even recommend a swivel-ball fitting that could be used to fix it.

poor materal
i had plumbers remodel our shower and they installed a In2ition and after the first try to shower the shower head broke off where it connects to the Shower Arm which is made out of plastic. the whole unt was to heavy. The plumbers left a receipt for the total work, but no break down of parts list . Therefore I have no reciept for the individual shower head. I need to order the small screw on plastic connector. I wish it was made of metal. Could you help me to order this small part.

Delta is the BEST, but ...
Had this shower head for about 3 months now. As usual, Delta makes some great products. Particularly, their valves are always smooth and natural. But, your engineers didn't think this one through well enough. The wand is not made to be hung separately. It is part of the shower head. Therefor, everyone's biggest beef about the little black selector switch is correctly fixed by changing the options of the main valve. They should - naturally - be (1) Both, (2) Wand and (3) Off. Really, I am sure very few users choose "Ring Only". If that setting is desired, they them go through the cumbersome three selections on the black switch. Sure would like a replacement when they redesign this.

Bottom line - Don't buy
I bought this shower and tub faucet combo set from Home Depot and installed it in January 2021. The cost including valve was around $250. I bought it because I liked the two in one shower head design and the pause mode. This hand held shower head has 4 modes. I only use the spray and pause modes. But each time after I pause and try to switch back to spray mode, I have to press the tiny button 3 times to go thru each mode in order to get back to the spray mode. It is hard to press the button with wet fingers. Worse yet the button doesn't always work after a few months. Even though Delta was willing to send me a new shower head replacement, this problem will still exist. I wish I had read the complaints of this problem in the reviews before I made the purchase. I wish Delta will replace a different model of shower head to me that would work.

Great product and customer support
I bought this from Home Depot January 2020, the button that controls the water settings stop working, it was easy to get support for the warranty. For only being 1.75 gpm, it gave pretty good pressure for my showers, it's a great buy especially when it's on sale.

Worked great until button got stuck!
I bought this a Home Depot 3 weeks ago because of the price and size I needed for a small walk in shower. It worked great for about 5 showers, until the black button on the wand got stuck on the mist setting. I soaked it overnight in vinegar and water as directed, still stuck in same position. Called customer service and hand a replacement shipped in 10-12 business days. Still no reason for it to stop working in such a short amount of time. Delta please have your engineers address this issue! It’s great otherwise if you have strong water pressure at home, otherwise don’t buy it.

Replacement Works Great
I bought this model from a the local big box hardware store. Bought in November. The wand broke. We couldn't change the settings at all the button quit working. Contacted Delta for a warranty replacement. A few back and forth emails and replacement was shipped.

One year later
I bought this from my local Home Depot last year. I was in a rush because I had just moved into a new apartment, and the stock shower heads couldn't properly rinse my hair. I didn't do any research and bought this because it looked good enough and was affordable. (At the time! The price has apparently gone up a lot) The hand held head is now stuck on pause. Well, partly. The last couple of days it went from working fine to all modes at the same time. Now it's stuck on a leaky pause. Thankfully the main head and selector still work perfectly.
I did a little research and looked at some other options, but really what I want is this one fixed. It's a really great shower head. I love the wide spray and the removable central head so there's not a bunch of water spraying off somewhere I'm not standing. I love the rinse setting and the option to switch to half or full pressure. I love that there's only one useless setting and not nine just driving up the price. Other than this problem, which looking at the other reviews is a common problem, and a slightly longer hose, I can't think of a thing I'd change. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this, as at this price it should last longer than 363 days.

Hello, I installed my shower head and I noticed when switching between each setting (shower head vs handshower), a little water will leak from whichever setting isn’t selected. Is this normal, if not how do I remedy that?

It appears the plastic part that connects the ball to the pipe is a problem. For years. Is the only solution to purchase a whole new hand held shower?

I just purchased this shower head and installed it…. However, the shower settings do not change and I am unable to get just the handheld running with water… very disappointed
