The company should figure out why it keeps gettingI remodeled my bathroom. I got the shower all these features on the shower matching my bathroom sink and I’ve had to return the package one time already because the handheld nozzle stops working the first one I had for one month the second one is about three weeks and the spray nozzle stopped working. I’m so disappointed with this product now I have to take that apart. Bring it to Home Depot. Buy another one and put this back in the box. This is disgusting ridiculous.

It Doesn't LastI loved it when it worked, but the button on the hand-held part doesn't work right. It lasted two or three years, but now whatever diverter is in there to change its mode gets halfway in between modes and it's a pain in the butt to get it somewhat normal, which doesn't last. I have arthritis and standing there in the shower trying to move the button halfway to try to get it back to where it's supposed to be is awful. I have an amazing well, so at least I'm not wasting processed water trying to get the showerhead to work. If I can figure out how to order just the handheld piece to replace it, I might replace it for now, and in a couple of years when that one breaks I'll get a different shower head system that lasts.

Stay away from this product if you enjoy showeringThis is a design prone to failure!
My poor wife doesn't have the hand strength to press the cycle button when it gets stuck in the pause cycle.
The similar shaped 'wand only' style has a rotating bezel which is easy to turn. The button style is horrible. When it worked, it was a pretty good shower head for the price, but now only a few months later is a major disruption in our morning. Delta needs to create a more reliable design, perhaps a lever...

Plastic parts taint nice showerhead/sprayerOnly 4.5 years of every day use, and the PLASTIC piece that screws onto the pipe on the wall broke. Hope I can find a replacement piece, preferably one that is metal, not plastic. Showerhead and wand work great otherwise.

Broke in 2 yearsWorked good for 2 years than the plastic attachment that connects to wall piece cracked and the shower head dropped off. Why would you use a plastic attachment when you are expected to pull the shower piece out of the center, that kind of wear and tear would warrant a more durable point of attachment.
It appears the plastic part that connects the ball to the pipe is a problem. For years. Is the only solution to purchase a whole new hand held shower?

I purchase a In2ition two-in-one shower head 75494 and am wondering how you can tilt the fixed shower head down a few degrees. Is the nut (5) shown in the installation guide the correct method to change this angle?
Asked by: Meltman77
Thank you for your question, Meltman77! The connecting nut on model 75494 would need to be loosened, to adjust the angle of the fixed shower head.

Never heard back from anyone. I just went and bought another type of shower head. I think that is what Delta wants you to do, spend more. I am to a point where I am buying cheaper stuff and hope it last then buy another cheapie, that way I am not out big bucks up front. Some of the cheap stuff is as good or better than the brand name.

Showerhead flow restrictors are not designed to be removed. The flow rate without a showerhead or flow rector will depend on the water pressure and the shower valve.

It is possible this issue can be resolved by cleaning the product. We recommend you try soaking the product in a 50/50 solution of water and white distilled vinegar. This could break up any possible calcium buildup inside.
