Must need for kids
We installed this in our sons bathroom because he loves the combo of a bath and shower, but the shower is to hard to rinse out any soap. This hand held is gentle and very movable.

No tools needed for this leak-proof shower head!
Truly amazing! The packaging stated that no tools are needed, which I did not believe at first. No plumbers tape or wrenches? In fact, I only needed a wrench to take off my old faucet. After removing all the old plumber's tape, I hand tightened all of the connections. To my amazement, there was not a single leak, and installation took less than a few minutes! Water pressure is there and maintains when both faucets are running.

How can I adjust the position of the hand held sprayer? It's pointing to high into the air and not downward like I want it to be aiming.

The handshower with our 75516 rotates forward and backward to adjust the location of the handshower. You can hold onto the holder to rotate it also!

I just got it and installed it. The only problem is the unit twist. The side of the handheld doesn’t straight up and down. Is there a way to fix that?
How do I increase the gpm flow ?

To improve the flow we recommend flushing the valves of the faucet as well as soaking the shower head in 50% warm water and 50% white vinegar to break up any debris.
