I have installed this shower and the hose to the hand held attachment continues to leak.  I used the plumbers tape and changed out the washer thinking the one that was sent with it may have been defective, but the hose continues to leak at the fitting.

Are you able to adjust the shower head to flatten

Does the hand shower in this model have a on and off switch? Or it has be be controlled at the 3.way diverter only? My shower water exist is too high thus looking to add a hand shower but would be unable to turn the hand shower on and off easily.

What diverter handle is needed for this shower head system?

Can a trim kit with diverter be used in lieu of the diverter at the shower head? For accessibility, the diverter being at the shower head is too high and does not comply with code requirements.

I installed this and then realized the hand sprayer keeps hitting me in the face so I need to lower it. How can I get more adhesive backing?

Why does water still leak out of the handheld sprayer when I have it toggle off. Mine is either defective or I need to learn how to use it. I think it is defective.
