Gold shows fingerprints very much. The rainfall can not be directed straight down over a tall person when attached to a traditional downward pointing spout.

Great shower head
Extremely easy to install. Shower pressure seems to be more than the previous one that we had. Looks great. Size of the shower head - easy to angle or use as rain shower head. Wand is easy to access and has great water flow. Did not disappoint.

What other pieces and or parts are required with the purchase of this 10 inch Raincan Shower Head & Hand Held Combo with Adjustable Extension Arm in Matte Black?

You will need an R10000-UN rough-in valve and either a 14m 17 or 17T series trim kit to control water flow/temperature. A supply line will also need plumbed to where the hand shower hose connects to the wall elbow.

The wand spray is not working. My plumber says I need right handed shoulder diverter stem. He says package only comes with a left handed diverter stem. I need a right handed diverter stem. How do I order right handed shoulder diverter stem?
