is there a longer arm available? just a bit longer would allow the shower head to lie horizontally without being too low-or any suggestions?

Does the hand shower in this model have a on and off switch? Or it has be be controlled at the 3.way diverter only? My shower water exist is too high thus looking to add a hand shower but would be unable to turn the hand shower on and off easily.

How do you remove mounting base from the cover? I’ve tried putting a flathead near the notch and it does not come apart.

l can't keep the water from leaking where the diverter valve mounts to the pipe coming out of the wall. It leaks between the mounting nut and the diverter valve.

I have installed this shower and the hose to the hand held attachment continues to leak.  I used the plumbers tape and changed out the washer thinking the one that was sent with it may have been defective, but the hose continues to leak at the fitting.
