Hi is Model # R10000-UNBX valve compatible with 10 inch raincan with hand held shower? Do I also need a cartridge is so which cartridge? Is there anything else I need. Thanks

What other pieces and or parts are required with the purchase of this 10 inch Raincan Shower Head & Hand Held Combo with Adjustable Extension Arm in Matte Black?

Hello, Thank you for your question! You will need an R10000-UN rough-in valve and either a 14m 17 or 17T series trim kit to control water flow/temperature. The wand spray is not working. My plumber says I need right handed shoulder diverter stem. He says package only comes with a left handed diverter stem. I need a right handed diverter stem. How do I order right handed shoulder diverter stem?

Does it need additional part to have hot and cold water? Also is a rough in valve necessary?

It is supplied with water from a standard shower arm. A shower faucet typically has a valve rough and a trim kit. We also carry showers with the valve rough included.
