I need to replace a shower head in my master bath. It is a wall bar type with a flex hose. Where can I find the model number on the shower head I have?

I have purchased 2 Delta Porter 3-Setting Hand Shower Model#: 75532COB and they both leak at the hose connections. Is there a replacement hose that

will seal? The plastic ends will not seal is this a manufacturers defect or bad design. I never had an issue like this with handheld showers, this is the first time that I have had Delta so before I return it to Home Depot I thought I would see if you can do anything to fix this.

Does this come with the handle? The pictures only show the Shower head, nothing in the description indicates otherwise. Is there a customer service number to speak to a representative?

Is the handle and hose metal or plastic? Also do the shower head nozzles or lining in the hose contain any natural rubber latex?

I need to replace my hand held shower head on my slider bar.  I looking at an oi bronze model #75532C, would this work.  It's not the main head in the shower just the one on the slider bar.  Please advise.
