The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. Delta® MagnaTite® Docking uses a powerful integrated magnet to pull your In2ition® hand shower precisely into place and hold it there so it stays docked when not in use. While other products may gather unsightly mineral buildup over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look — with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. Delta WaterSense labeled faucets, showers and toilets use at least 20% less water than the industry standard — helping you save water without compromising performance.

Lacking in performance
Much better than previous shower head that kept dislodging from larger head only wished the flow of water would have been 2.5 rather than 1.5.

Not great product, may or may not work
Very disappointed with the product. I tried all different things to install the shower head but it did not work at all; probably I got the defective piece because even my handy man couldn’t fix this things with all possible options tried.

Simple yet effective
Just bought a new house so this was a perfect upgrade compared to what the previous owners had in the shower. The setting I currently have it on is the strongest and that little button in the middle allows you to change modes when the middle area is on. You can also do the whole thing (outer & inner), just one or the other or keep on middle to use the extras. My husband really enjoys the features as well and so glad we got to change this out pretty quickly as the previous was a huge square rain shower thing with zero pressure. Would purchase for other bathrooms as well!

I recently installed the Delta 5 setting In2ition with proclean in chrome. Overall it's been a solid upgrade to my bathroom. The five spray offer a variety of selections. Installation is straight forward if you're replacing an existing shower head. It typically takes 10 - 15 minutes with no special tools required.

Great but water pressure decreased
Loved almost everything about this shower head. Install was a breeze. Look is sleek. Love the five different setting. However, I lost a bit of water pressure compared to the one I replaced. It’s not horrible but worth noting. Would have given 5 stars if pressure wasn’t lost.

All in one with features you didn’t know you neede
This shower head does all the things! Has settling for water pressure on the head, removable shower head for easy to reach bathing and a spout on top of the handheld for cleaning the shower and bathing animals. I love this product and need to get more for my other bathrooms! Great design, really impressed!

Stylish and convenient
I really do like the style of this shower head. It was very easy to install. The removable head is inside the base. It has many different functions. It does have a nice range for the waterfall and very quiet compared to most showerheads. The pressure is better than my previous showerhead.

We offer U495D-CZ60-PK that is a stretchable metal hose, that will stretch from 60" to 80" inches. Our U495D-69-PK stretches from 69 to 92" inches, however, it is only available in Chrome.

I am looking for the feature of anti scald or max temperature so one can turn to max without fear of too hot? Cannot find this in features.

The handheld unit seems to be stuck in the primary unit. How can I unstick it?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 75544.
To disconnect the hand shower from the showerhead, first tilt the bottom of the hand shower forward. After the handle is pulled toward you, the slot on the top of the hand shower can be removed from the tab on the showerhead.
It can be tight at first. I recommend using your thumb to push on the bottom of the showerhead face while you tilt or pull the hand shower handle toward you. See the manual for more information:

For a replacement hose, I recommend RP100418CZ. Unfortunately, we don't carry other replacement parts for this showerhead.

I have the delta in2ition that i purchased from Lowes. The hand shower head does not sit very secure in the main shower head. Is there a way to tighen the connection.

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 75544D.
Unfortunately, the connection is not adjustable. Make sure the top slot on the hand shower is inserted into the tab of the showerhead. Then the two parts should snap together when the hand shower is pushed into the showerhead.
