The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. Leaked at the main threads
Installed the shower head 75544DRB. It leaked where it screws onto the 1/2” nipple so I tried to tighten it a bit more with channel locks and it still leak from the same place. I haven’t found a place for trouble shooting or how to fix possible issues. I knew that hand tighten was not likely to work but I tried it expecting it to leak and kept trying to adjust it more a little at a time because it is made out of plastic and is screwing onto metal threads. If I try any tighter it will surely break. I had it all together and it seemed promising. I liked how the main sprayer was working then I saw the leak.

DELTA IN2ITION IS INCREDIBLE
This shower head is very easy to install and extremely useful and efficient for the offered price point. I still get great water flow at 1.75 GPM, I really enjoy the functionality of the touch button to change between shower head spray pattern settings. Reliable docking system and maybe my favorite part is the sprayer at the top of the head - great for cleaning shower/bath floor surface post bathing. Would recommend this product to anyone/everyone!

Improved features
We are enjoying this shower head, It has more pressure than our old Delta shower head. . It rinses out your hair thoroughly after shampooing . We like all the features and the cleaning button is a plus.

Easy to put together BUT the pressure sucks. It’s like there is a block stopping it from coming through.

The hose to the wand is barely flexible.. looks like crap.

Lacking in performance
Much better than previous shower head that kept dislodging from larger head only wished the flow of water would have been 2.5 rather than 1.5.

Not great product, may or may not work
Very disappointed with the product. I tried all different things to install the shower head but it did not work at all; probably I got the defective piece because even my handy man couldn’t fix this things with all possible options tried.

In trying to install the showerhead onto the shower arm, the screw threads have stripped out. Is there a replacement part for that? Do you have one made of metal?

do you have any shower heads with a longer hose than 60 inches ?

We offer U495D-CZ60-PK that is a stretchable metal hose, that will stretch from 60" to 80" inches. Our U495D-69-PK stretches from 69 to 92" inches, however, it is only available in Chrome.

I just purchased this shower system yesterday ay Lowe’s. My wife & I have each showered twice since I installed it. If the large shower head is tilted at too much of an angle the handheld head falls out. The clips holding it in place aren’t sufficient.

To combine the two showers, insert the top slot on the hand shower into the tab of the shower head. Push the hand shower into the shower head until the two parts snap together.
If the shower head moves when removing the hand shower, hand tighten the connection between the shower head and the shower arm.

How long is the hose? This is what I want, but I want it with the 72 inch hose. Which one do I get?
I am looking for the feature of anti scald or max temperature so one can turn to max without fear of too hot? Cannot find this in features.

Can this shower head be used with a slide bar mounting
The handheld unit seems to be stuck in the primary unit. How can I unstick it?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 75544.
To disconnect the hand shower from the showerhead, first tilt the bottom of the hand shower forward. After the handle is pulled toward you, the slot on the top of the hand shower can be removed from the tab on the showerhead.
It can be tight at first. I recommend using your thumb to push on the bottom of the showerhead face while you tilt or pull the hand shower handle toward you. See the manual for more information:
