No water pressure
We bought this 2 weeks ago and we are very unhappy. We did not save the packaging or we would have returned it. I work in construction and there is very little water pressure which makes it impossible to get clean.

The box has "guaranteed for life" on the side, if it breaks do I contact the company or bring it back to the store?

Does this have a removable low flow valve to increase pressure?
