The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. Worked well for a long time
But now it' leading from the valve at the spot where water comes in. If I remember to close it, no leak. Is there a fix?

Very poor selector design
I bought this from Home Depot and within a couple years, the selector lever got very difficult to move and eventually broke off. Delta replaced the unit with a new one, but I let that one sit for a couple years before installing it. Now, about a year after installing the replacement, the lever on the new one is also almost impossible to move and I fear this one will break off as well. This is a very poor design, and destined for failure. I really like this shower head, and thought that a brand like Delta would know how to design a shower product after all this time, but alas here we are. Time for them to step up to the plate and replace yet another shower head under warranty as they have for SO many other customers with the same problem. It's really a shame, and I can only hope that they've improved the situation over the years.

Update to my negative review
I sent in a negative review of this model earlier today regarding the handheld shower unit's mode selector level breaking off. I called Delta customer service regarding the problem, sent them a photo along with an approximate date of install and they are sending out a brand new replacement not just the handheld shower head at no charge.They said it should arrive in 10-12 business days. Original view of the design stands. This customer review is for Delta customer service which I give an A+. Thank you, Delta. Now ordering all our kitchen plumbing fixtures from you.

Mode lever on handheld shower snapped off
We have enjoyed this showerhead for 6 years. I thought it was flimsy plastic and would break right away after using twice/day but amazingly it has held up. Spoke too soon. As I originally suspected when I purchased this, the hand held shower mode lever snapped off this morning when switching from spray to massage mode. Unfortunately we bought another one in polished nickel when we remodeled our guest bathroom 2 years ago. Now not holding my breath as to how long that one will last.
Delta....you have a serious problem with this issue as to the many negative reviews about the same part. We were just going to place an order for all Delta fixtures for 2 sinks and a pot filler on our complete kitchen remodel this summer but canceled the order and going back to the drawing board and going with a different company as we don't want to take a chance on another Delta fixture. We don't mind spending the money as long the product hold. No more cheap Delta fixtures. I wished we could continue with Delta but quality, at least on this product, was not there and corrections to my knowledge have not been made.

Like the dual head
We had this put in 4 years ago when we remodeled the bathroom. I like the convenience of the handheld however the lever on it recently broke. I was able to use pliers to get it back to the main flow but really miss being able to change it. Would like to just be able to get the handheld to replace it.

will not stay up
I bout this about a week ago. the shower head does not stay where you put it. i t keeps tilting down. I tried tightening the lock ring, but nothing works. other then that it works great.

Great at first, but now it doesn't work
Bought this 4 months ago and was delighted with how much easier it was to clean the walk-in shower! However, the pause button on the removable portion is stuck and water barely trickles out, no matter what setting it is on. Very disappointed that we had this issue after only 4 months and little use of the pause function.

Just bought 1 at home depot.Get naked and installed it and the shower part worked but the handle part just drizzled.I have pkeanty of pressure its just a pile of crap

Purchased the 75583CSN handheld unit for our master bath shower and the first thing we noticed is the reduced water pressure. One reviewer, Balanced Enviro, mentioned he was able to remove the water restrictor to regain water pressure. How do I do this??
Thank you for your question, j007klein! This model is a water efficient and WaterSense labeled product designed to produce 1.75 gpm @ 80 psi. We can not recommend removing or altering this product in any way as it will void the warranty and allow debris inside the unit. how will the handle stay into the larger head by magnet or clips

What is the difference between 75583 and 58569 ? Why sure a big price different?

Thank you for your question. The 58569-PK is a fully finished showered head which includes at 60"-82" stretchable metal hose and the 75583 is not fully finished (has dark grey back) with a non metallic 69" hose assembly.

How does the hand shower head remove from the showerhead? Installed today and no instructions on removal. Please help.

I would like to use the intuition in a small corner shower but I am concerned about the projection of the shower head always hitting the opposite wall. Is the intuition head adjustable, such that it can be pointed sharply downward?

Can you get a longer hose for it?
Our shower head pipe is very high and we need a longer hose than what it comes with (72")? Is there a longer hose in the Venetian Bronze?

Can I buy only the handheld shower that screws off the hose?

Thank you for your question. The hand shower on the Delta 75583CRB In2ition 2-in-1 Shower Unit is not a replaceable part on it's own. We recommend to replace the whole 75583CRB Shower Unit if the hand shower is needed.
