The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. Best of Both Worlds
I wanted a faucet that can give me a forceful stream of water, and the hand held that I use to clean our shower. This has both together.
My only issue is that it seems flimsy, hopefully it lasts.

Pause button is stuck
We have been using this shower for some years now and the other day Pause button just got stuck making the hand held unusable. we have tried 50% Vinegar + 50% warm water - but did not help.. Please let us know how to get this unstuck

Was great...
Purchased this model about seven years ago and I figured it would last us at least 10 plus years. Now the shower only gives us scorching hot showers. We currently are unable to use our shower, because of this. I would give more stars but this has been a horrible experience

Great pause feature that doesn’t last
I bought the Delta hand held shower for the pause feature. We had a difficult time at the beginning using
the function as it required a lot more pressure to disengage the pause button. It was great when it worked but the pause button got stuck and could not be disengaged at the beginning of February. We basically got 5 months of use for this product. I gave it a 3 star rating because it was a good shower head when it worked otherwise it would have been a 2. I would not recommend this product as it was a rather pricey for a shower head and broke down in such a short time. Very disappointed.

Spray adjustment handle breaks easily
I have bought three of these. First one, the spray adjustment lever snapped withing a year of use. Second one, same deal, third one still working. By the reviews, this is a very very common issue with this unit. Delta doesn't offer any path to repair other than buy an entire new unit, not just the spray wand, but the entire package. Stay away unless you like spending $120 every twelve months.
Not to mention the hose is too long, when the wand drops from the shower head, as it invariably does, it'll hit the shower floor ultimately destroying the finish on the wand.
I submitted a question to delta support and their response was to go onto their website and post a question?? really? So Delta Customer support cant answer a support question?

Don't use the pause feature
This worked great until we paused it one day. Now it's stuck, we can't get the pause feature to unlock. Now we have to shower with a big ring attempting to reach all the spots in my hair. I'm constantly getting out and needing to stick my head in the sink to finish rinsing my hair.

Great idea IF it worked
I purchased this for guest bathroom and loved it. However it hasn't had a lot of use and the pause feature is stuck. With company coming, I guess they are stuck using only the outside section as handheld feature (that I loved using with grandkids) is useless.
Is there anyway to fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Button stuck
I have had this shower head less than 6 months and the button on the handheld piece is stuck. So now that part of it is absolutely useless since there’s no water flow to it what so ever.

Problems like the others
As a lot of the others said, it was good until it broke, The selector lever is made of plastic and broke on mine like the others. Liked to shower, but way to much plastic for the price.

Nice shower head, weak piece
We love this shower head except for the fact that we have had the levee break twice in a year that adjusts the spray type. Sad that it costs over $100 to have that piece break off :(

Great until button jammed
I bought this less than 9 months ago and it was working great. Tonight the button stuck in the off position and now cannot use the handheld. Really don't want to buy another shower head as we loved the features on this one. Any ideas on fixing?

Good shower head with better features
I purchased this shower head over a year ago and it has been great. The long hose attached to the detachable shower head is perfect for bathing tue dogs and my young son. Only downfall is the button on the detachable shower head got stuck and will not go back and Hardware stores don’t carry replacements

Liked until broken
We chose this model for its versatility, and change the water flow type out of the handheld with every shower. Like other reviewers, the switch broke right off. We are hoping it is covered under the warranty, but not sure. Would hate to spend money on a new one. Also, the bronze color started coming off of the shower head and hose almost immediately.

Great until...
Product was great, easy to remove hand piece, easy to clean calcium build up, lots of different flow options then the lever on the hand piece broke. Now it is stuck on on one type of flow and unable to be changed. If it is going to be made of plastic it should be easier to move back and forth otherwise should have been made out of metal.

Almost Perfect
I have owned two of these shower heads. I like a wide spray and my wife likes a more narrow spray, so this works perfectly for us. The only problem we have had, with both shower heads, is that the selector switch snaps off. So now, we are stuck with one spray setting and I am not happy about this design flaw. I would be a lot happier if delta would make the In2ition line out of metal rather than plastic.

Purchased the 75583CSN handheld unit for our master bath shower and the first thing we noticed is the reduced water pressure. One reviewer, Balanced Enviro, mentioned he was able to remove the water restrictor to regain water pressure. How do I do this??
Thank you for your question, j007klein! This model is a water efficient and WaterSense labeled product designed to produce 1.75 gpm @ 80 psi. We can not recommend removing or altering this product in any way as it will void the warranty and allow debris inside the unit. What is the difference between 75583 and 58569 ? Why sure a big price different?

Thank you for your question. The 58569-PK is a fully finished showered head which includes at 60"-82" stretchable metal hose and the 75583 is not fully finished (has dark grey back) with a non metallic 69" hose assembly.

I would like to use the intuition in a small corner shower but I am concerned about the projection of the shower head always hitting the opposite wall. Is the intuition head adjustable, such that it can be pointed sharply downward?

Can you get a longer hose for it?
Our shower head pipe is very high and we need a longer hose than what it comes with (72")? Is there a longer hose in the Venetian Bronze?

Can I buy only the handheld shower that screws off the hose?

Thank you for your question. The hand shower on the Delta 75583CRB In2ition 2-in-1 Shower Unit is not a replaceable part on it's own. We recommend to replace the whole 75583CRB Shower Unit if the hand shower is needed.
