Not happy
GREAT PRESSURE AND WORKED WELL FOR OUR NEEDS. UNTILL I NOTICED THE PRESSURE WASN'T AS GREAT. I'VE HAD IT LESS THAN 3 YEARS NOW, AND THERE IS A STEADY STREAM OF WATER THAT IS RUNNING OFF THE BOTTOM. THIS IS CAUSING THE PRESSURE TO BE BELOW. THE SHOWER HEAD ,AND SUCTION CUP FAILS. THE NEXT MORNING THE SHOWER HEAD IS DANGLING, AND THE SUCTION CUP IS IN THE BOTTOM OF THE SHOWER. WITH THAT THE KNOB THAT SWITCHES BETWEEN THE TWO IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN UNTILL The piece that controls the main head has cracked making it INOPERABLE.

Almost perfect!!
I love this Shawnee head duo! The hand held shower head is held to the wall with a lever type of suction cup and can be moved and put in a different spot with just the flick of a switch. It was super easy to install both the fixed shower head and the non fixed and it literally took me less than 5 minutes. When you have both shower heads on at the same time it feels like being in rain. The hand held shower head has several settings and is VERY powerful! The fixed head unfortunately doesn’t have any changeable settings itself which is why I only rated it 4 and not five . It would be nice to be able to adjust both. Overall this is my favorite shower head I have ever owned! I have 2 more showers in my home and will be upgrading them to this model!

Delta really is superior
The last few shower combo packs I have gotten from Delta have been great and this one is no different. Very easy install-no tools at all needed and only took a few minutes to hook up. The quality is great-just what you would expect from Delta.

Having a hose is amazing
I have had a few weeks to try this showerhead out. we really like it. It was super easy to install. No tools needed. It has a good weight to it. What I really love is that it has a hose and the knobs are easy to move when changing the settings. The hose is super helpful when helping my facing down the shower after cleaning it. The only thing I think it could use is for it to have more pressure but it’s not a big deal.

Easy to install!
This product was easy to install in less that 10 minutes! I like the look of the brushed nickel finish, and the spot shield technology makes cleaning easy. Water pressure is pretty good. While the Anywhere Mount suction is a neat addition, it does not work well with dimple tile. Overall, it is an upgrade with the hand shower attachment.

Easy to install
This shower head was so simple to install. My family likes the duel head design. The handheld head is a strong suction cup and easy to take on and off the shower wall. The different pressure settings are nice and easy to switch.

I bought this shower head about 18 months ago and just recently the handheld head doesn't spray anymore. Could it need a new diverter ?

Can I order a new anywhere mount? It got tossed with the old shower head.
Hi Bruebaker, Thank you for your question.The pictured model 75590SN does not have an anywhere mount. Are you looking for a universal wallmount for a handshower? If so the model U4985-PK should work for you. I have attached a picture of this model below.

Shower head upside down when head is screwed on completely hand tightened
Hi Lee, Thank you for your question. The nut on the mounting bracket for the model 75590SN combo showerhead spins freely. The mount should not have to turn when the unit is tightened onto the shower arm, only the nut itself. The same would be true when mounting the fixed showerhead to the mount. You should be able to hold the mount or head in the correct position while the nut is screwed into place.

how to adjust the angle of the hand shower mount
i took off the rubber seal to reveal the plastic screw holding the mount onto the main body, but i can not figure out how to loosen the plastic screw to adjust the angle of the hand shower mount

Thank you for your post. We do not recommend that you take apart Delta Faucet model # 75590SN. The handshower will only move when you move the fixed shower up and down.

Fixed showerhead or low pressure/volume issue?
From what I've just read, the fixed showerhead does not have adjustable sprays (for massage, shampoo rinsing etc). Is the fixed showerhead supposed to have water flowing out of all the nozzles when it is turned on? It would seem like it, however, ours is not operating that way and I'm trying to determine if it's the head or a low pressure/volume issue. I have already removed the low flow restricter and no change has been noted. Thanks!
Hi KTaylor, Thank you for your question. On the model 75590SN the water on the fixed showerhead only comes out of the outer holes. The inner portion is for design purposes only. We did this to insure the spray had good force. You are correct that the showerhead is single function only. The hand shower has all of the spray options.

Remove Low Flow restriction
How can this be removed? Water pressure is VERY low, only decent when one head is used at at time.

Thank you for your question. The Delta 5 Setting 75590SN combo shower faucet has a flow rate of 2.5 gpm at 80PSI. All manufacturers of faucets are required to put “restrictors” in their products. The removal of such water conservation devices would void the warranty of the product.
In addition, we would suggest checking with your local municipality to see if there are restrictions for not using the water conservation devices the manufacturer puts in place. If you are having a low flow issue, you will want to check for debris accumulation and flush any potential debris from the faucet and supplies.

What grade 3M double tape do I use to mount on textured shower tile?
I bought 3M double tape to mount the hand held shower head holder on non smooth shower tile and it’s either too smaller or not strong enough to hold the rubber and tile surface. Is there a type of or size tap you recommend?

Is it possible to move the handheld shower mount on the back of the main shower head?
When she purchased this shower system, wife thought we would be able to adjust the handheld shower mount that is behind the main showerhead. Want to rotate it forward a few degrees. However, it seems to be stuck and I don't want to force it. Is there something I can do to loosen the handheld mount, adjust it, then tighten it up again? Thank you.
Hi Rick, Thank you for your question. The hand shower mount should move, it is not in a fixed position. Try using the hand shower as a lever to move the mount to the desired angle.

The suction cup keeps falling off the tile wall. How can I make it stick?

Here are some steps to help secure the suction cup mount:
1. The suction cup part works best when made wet.
2. Flip the lever at the bottom of the mount to unlock it.
3. Press onto a flat clean surface and flip the lever back to lock it.
NOTE: Some suction cup mounts also come with a flat disc of plastic with a (permanent) sticky (glue) surface that you can use one time. This is an alternate way of having the mount installed but has nothing to do with the suction cup function.

Model 75590sn comes with suction cup separate hose holder. I tried to apply to tile wall with cup dry and it fell off, also wet, fell off. How shall I install it?????????? r

Tile can be porous and the adhesive requires to be installed onto a non-porous flat surface. There are screws that are also included with the mount so you can install the mount in the tile.

From what I have read, water should not come out of the small inner circle of holes on the main shower head. I have water coming out of part of them, maybe 1/3. Is this normal? (I don't meant the decorative larger black pieces in the very center)

I bought this delta shower combo from Lowes model 75590sn, only the handheld has a way to adjust the head settings, are you supposed to be able to adjust setting on both heads or just the handheld attachment. Packaging say 5 settings.
