Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor water pressure. The water pressure was horrible. The hose from the water source to the handle is stiff because the water won't come out the sprayer fast enough. Very disappointed in Delta. Thought it would be a quality hand held shower replacement for my worn out Water Pik.

What is the difference between the 75605 and the 75605D?

The difference between 75605 and 75605D is the flow rate. 75605D has a flow rate of 2.5 GPM at 80 PSI and 75605 has a flow rate of 1.75 GPM at 80 PSI. Is the shower head metal? It mentions a metal hose but nothing on the rest of the unit. I need this for an outdoor shower and plastic will not last with our harsh sun. If not, which units do you have that are all metal?

This hand shower is nonmetallic to ensure a long-lasting, high-quality product while maintaining safety control for the various temperatures of water that go through the product. With any showerhead or hand shower, for example, the part of the faucet that you would grab onto is typically made of plastic or a plastic mixture, as metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion and retains heat. I'm looking for a handshower with slide bar for a stand alone. unit. Also need an appropriate rough in valve, elbow and trim kit/on-off control. Will not need diverter. Brushed nickel finish. Please suggest a solution for me.

Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Our Delta Faucet would require an elbow and has two options for installation. Elbow: https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts/product/U4980-SS-PK.html Options 1: Purchase an R11000 rough end and T11800 trim kit, please see the link below to the rough and trim. I bought the Delta model 75605BL because the description says it has a metal hose. After my plumber installed it, I was very surprised to find that the hose was not metal. How do I get a black metal hose for this model?

Unfortunately, we don't currently carry a metal hose in matte black. I have a similar hand shower, though it is older (I am not sure the model). The hose has begun leaking. I want a replacement hand shower with hose, but am not sure how to know if the connection will work. Are all Delta hose connections compatable?
