Rated 2 out of 5 by from THIS DOES NOT HAVE A SWIVEL BALL CONNECTION!! I ordered this based on a review by "BRYAN": "THE INCLUDED SHOWER ARM MOUNT HAS A SWIVEL BALL CONNECTION TO ANGLE UP AND DOWN. IF THE SWIVEL CONNECTOR OR THE HOSE ARE STIFF, THEY SHOULD LOOSEN WITH USE. " but either he is new to your company or he just is ignorant of this product as there's no way I see that this has a swivel ball connection to angle up and down. If anyone reading this can dispute my comment I would love to read it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from non flexible hose, non adjustable unit. I bought this because it said it had an ultra flexible hose. This is anything but flexible! The whole head is not adjustable. The water hit the side of my shower. There is a foot difference in height between my husband and myself. I need a shower head that is able to be tilted for the difference in height between 2 people. This is not adjustable in any way, up, down or sideways. Returning this unit and will look for another brand.

Can this hand held shower head be used with the Emerge Shower Bar System?

Hi. I'm looking to see if the arm holder is a ball/socket type set up so that the arm can be adjusted between a more up right position (water directed further away from the shower handles) vs. tilted downward (water directed closer to the handles).

Is there a hand held shower head that has a diverter on it?

I am sorry this information was not readily available on our DELTA Hand Shower 2.5 GPM 6-Setting In Chrome MODEL#: 75605D, and I am happy to help you! We currently have two diverter options for our hand shower units, one would be U4929-PK. This allows for the hand shower to be operated from the shower arm instead of an additional hole in the wall. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts/product/U4929-PK.html Our 2nd option is R110000 and any T118 trim kit, please see the link below. We have a MODEL#: 75605D. We are on well water and the pressure is not great. Can the flow restrictor be removed to increase the flow?

Hello. We have a Delta Hand Shower 2.5 GPM 6- Setting in Chrome Model number 75605D. We purchased it in June of 2022. It is currently not working. Are these under warranty?
