THIS DOES NOT HAVE A SWIVEL BALL CONNECTION!!
I ordered this based on a review by "BRYAN":
"THE INCLUDED SHOWER ARM MOUNT HAS A SWIVEL BALL CONNECTION TO ANGLE UP AND DOWN. IF THE SWIVEL CONNECTOR OR THE HOSE ARE STIFF, THEY SHOULD LOOSEN WITH USE. "
but either he is new to your company or he just is ignorant of this product as there's no way I see that this has a swivel ball connection to angle up and down.
If anyone reading this can dispute my comment I would love to read it!

non flexible hose, non adjustable unit.
I bought this because it said it had an ultra flexible hose. This is anything but flexible! The whole head is not adjustable. The water hit the side of my shower. There is a foot difference in height between my husband and myself. I need a shower head that is able to be tilted for the difference in height between 2 people. This is not adjustable in any way, up, down or sideways. Returning this unit and will look for another brand.

Hello. We have a Delta Hand Shower 2.5 GPM 6- Setting in Chrome Model number 75605D. We purchased it in June of 2022. It is currently not working. Are these under warranty?

The Hand Shower 2.5 GPM 6-Setting Model#: 75605D has a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers, all parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes of Delta® faucets purchased from authorized Delta sellers to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed. Is this shower head the same as ANSI A112.181M 2.5gpm 9.6 L/M I have on of them and it is not working. The message is the best i have ever felt good pressure and good pulse.

This hand shower also has a 2.5 gpm flow rate and includes a massaging spray setting. It should be a good replacement for your hand shower.

Our Delta Faucet Hand Shower 2.5 GPM 6-Setting In Chrome MODEL#: 75605D can be soaked in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for about 1 hour, then rinse and wipe with a soft cloth. This will help dissolve mineral buildup and loosen up the turn dial.

Hand held shower 75605DSN. It has a roller ball which appears to make the position adjustable but I can’t move the roller ball mechanism and don’t want to force/break it. Should it be stiff and is there a trick to making it swivel around?
