Great idea, terrible performance
We purchased this shower head about one year ago from Menards and initially, we loved it. However, the pause button has stopped working. The shower will pause water flow, but it will not unlock/resume normal operation with a second press. We have to hold the button down in order for it to flow water. For something that cost as much as this did, I'd hope it would last at least a year or more without having problems. We've tried soaking the shower head in a white vinegar/water solution as recommended, but the button still sticks. It's extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this shower head system - look elsewhere.

magnetic docking station leaking and button sticks
Trigger doesn't stop flow or allow total flow. docking station receiver now sprays water more than shower head itself.

Should Have Stuck With MOEN
I made a mistake purchasing this 6-Setting SureDock Magnetic Hand Shower. This is just another all plastic piece of junk.Changing spray pattern definitely a two had job. The main problem is the Pause Button, if the button does work to stop the water it will not reset the flow right away. This time we accidentally pushed the button water flow willl not retart
period.

Q&A
Is the shower head arm mount adjustable? I want to make sure that I can tilt it so the water flow goes down not towards the back wall of the shower like some handheld showers do.
