SureDock® Magnetic Hand Showers bring reliable docking within reach. An integrated magnet on the back of the hand shower snaps your hand shower into place and holds it there, so it stays docked when not in use and doesn’t droop over time. While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look — with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks, without worrying about overspray or water waste. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water — and you help the environment too. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great hand shower I was just about a month ago and I'm so glad I did it has so many different settings I enjoyed just about every different one and it was easy to install and the water pressure was amazing this is the first time I've actually bought a shower head and I'm glad I got this one it is top notch and when my other shower goes out in the guest bedroom I'm going to get another shower for that room also if you need one I highly recommend this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from quick and easy I love all things Delta made. This is not an exception. This was a very easy installation. Instructions really aren’t needed, just two screws, and a hand tighten. My guest bathroom needed a replacement shower head, after going through several cheaper options. This hose is long and very flexible, and I like that the most. Very good for a quick doggie wash. The magnetic force is very durable, I know this will stand the test of time.

It has a water saving off and on buttons on the handle. Turn it on. Get wet. Turn it off. Lather up. Turn it on rinse off. Save water!

This one works well. She did say that its sometimes difficult to put back if you dont have it positioned just right. But she loves the different water pressures!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Hand Shower I have been using the Suredock Magnetic Hand Shower for a couple of weeks now, and I totally love it. First, it is a well made product that has an expensive and sturdy look. Secondly, it was super easy to install. Thirdly, the hose is longer than the standard ones in the market making it a wonderful tool not only for showering but for cleaning the bathroom too. Finally, and most importantly, it comes with a button that you can click to stop the water flow which is a wonderful feature for many things but my favorite is to give my dog’s a bath. Overall, I am very pleased with it and I totally recommend it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy This shower head is awesome. I love how easy it was to install. Out of the box it took maybe 30 mins to install. The cord was longer than expected but I like that. It makes it easy to use. I like power of the shower head. My kids even enjoy using it.

This is the 4th shower head that I have tried in my shower my shower and it is the 1st one that has actually Put out a powerful stream since I don't have the best water pressure in my 2nd bathroom. I like the nice sleek black look. I love all the different options on the shower head.. This is a great product!

My shower head doesn’t hardly decrease the water pressure when the button is pressed.  It used to work great.  The button is completely pressed and released.  How can I get this fixed or replaced?

Can you vary the water pressure for each spray setting? Or are there only two settings, on and pause?

How does one increase the water pressure on the magnetic portion of the handheld smaller, portable shower head?

Hi Annie, Thank you for your question! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is the information needed to resolve your issue for you. The Delta Faucet 6-Setting SureDock Magnetic Hand Shower In Chrome MODEL#: 75609 has a maximum flow rate of 1.75 GPM @ 80 psi. The most common cause of a low flow rate is debris. The best way to clear any debris is to flush the supply lines. To do this, turn off the water supplies, remove the cartridge, and turn the supplies back on for one minute. Please make sure that you are getting good flow through both the hot and cold sides while flushing. You can also shake the cartridge back and forth to make sure the back half of the cartridge rattles. This means that the pressure-balancing spool is moving freely, as it should. If it does not, you can try soaking the cartridge in white vinegar for about 15-30 minutes. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. We look forward to continuing to serve you. I have one. Like it very much. But the pause feature is occasionally working. I am caring for a sick husband and the pause is great but needs to be reliable. I have had the product for about a year. How do I repair it.

Bought this item in August 2024. Just noticed a rust stain on the shower floor. Looking at the "stainless steel" hose it came with is starting to rust. What is the warranty on this item?

Does the handheld have a water on/off button? I am shopping for a handheld for my elderly parents, who cannot reach the diverter which is usually located high up on the fixed showerhead. If not, please suggest an alternative if you have one.

The positive on/off shutoff would be by the faucet's mixing valve. We do carry shower faucet trim kits with an integrated diverter to switch between shower features.
