Love 'pause button
Absolutely love the 'pause button that cuts water flow to just enough of a trickle to prevent any cold restart. Get water temperature as desired, wet down hair - PAUSE, lather hair, unpause, rinse...
Never touch shower valve mid-shower again, no more squirt of cold because you had to stop & restart with shower valve.
Moen magnetic shower arm dock slightly better - but Moen doesn't have 'pause'!

I love this hand shower! It makes for a better shower with the control and flexibility of the shower head. Especially love the pause feature, gives me time to shave without all the water spray. Magnetic dock was a little difficult for me to use

I really like this shower head set. Installing it is super easy. The magnet that holds the head in place is just right- it holds nice and firm. The color/wash of it is really nice as well. The warranty is a nice addition.

Easy install
This shower head was very easy to install in place on my standard shower head. I'm in an apartment so I installed in in lieu of the one that came with the place. No issues installing very straightforward. I like that the hose can be installed either way. Both ends are the same size. That makes for simple install. I love the different settings of the water. The magnet is great seems sturdy enough the hold the shower head while showering.

Love the length
We needed a hand held shower option to help with washing the dogs. My wife picked the suredock magnetic hand shower and has been a game changer. I love the settings for my shower, and the length of the hose makes for ease of taking care of our dogs.

Nice shower head
This is a really nice shower head. Love the different settings, looks great and goes well with the matte look that I was seeking for. Easy to install. Very good quality. I really like that it detaches. Makes it easier to give my dog a bath.

My shower head doesn’t hardly decrease the water pressure when the button is pressed. It used to work great. The button is completely pressed and released. How can I get this fixed or replaced?

Bought this item in August 2024. Just noticed a rust stain on the shower floor. Looking at the "stainless steel" hose it came with is starting to rust. What is the warranty on this item?

What is the warranty? I have one I purchased thru Amazon on 15.Dec and the pause valve switch no longer works unless you turn the water off after actuating.

How does one increase the water pressure on the magnetic portion of the handheld smaller, portable shower head?

Thank you for your question! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is the information needed to resolve your issue for you.
The Delta Faucet 6-Setting SureDock Magnetic Hand Shower In Chrome MODEL#: 75609 has a maximum flow rate of 1.75 GPM @ 80 psi. The most common cause of a low flow rate is debris. The best way to clear any debris is to flush the supply lines. To do this, turn off the water supplies, remove the cartridge, and turn the supplies back on for one minute.
Please make sure that you are getting good flow through both the hot and cold sides while flushing. You can also shake the cartridge back and forth to make sure the back half of the cartridge rattles. This means that the pressure-balancing spool is moving freely, as it should. If it does not, you can try soaking the cartridge in white vinegar for about 15-30 minutes.

I have one. Like it very much. But the pause feature is occasionally working. I am caring for a sick husband and the pause is great but needs to be reliable. I have had the product for about a year. How do I repair it.

Does the handheld have a water on/off button? I am shopping for a handheld for my elderly parents, who cannot reach the diverter which is usually located high up on the fixed showerhead. If not, please suggest an alternative if you have one.

This hand shower has a pause feature to reduce the water to a trickle, giving you space for shaving, lathering, and other shower tasks while maintaining your temperature settings. The positive on/off shutoff would be by the faucet's mixing valve.
We do carry shower faucet trim kits with an integrated diverter to switch between shower features. See the model T24867 for one example.
