the only problem is the the showered has to conform to a very restrictive flow rate. not shower heads fault.

I am experiencing the same problem with the "pause" feature. That was the purpose of selecting #75641.
I'm having the same problem as others have experienced. No pause feature.

Pause Feature
Having the same issue as Travis from Omaha. I bought this shower head because I needed one with the pause feature, but it doesn't work. Have tried installing on two different showers now, but the 1st and 6th settings run the same. Lots of water and no pause.

Wrong description of settings on packaging for this model
Just an FYI, Delta, your packaging advertises a pause function and this model doesn't actually have that function.
