Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great affordable shower head. Works great in my upstairs bathroom and has good pressure on rinsing settings and has a nice massage setting as well. Definitely saves water since my hot water heater kicks on less. I also have the Delta 75661D in a basement bathroom which also saves me water. Both have made a difference in my water and heating bills. If you install these heads it's very important to use Teflon tape and also NOT to over tighten, also DO NOT use tools with these heads since they're not designed for that. I have a feeling the reviewers with broken bases probably used tools.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect after you remove the little O-ring Nice features, not too overly focused on massage settings (who has time to stand in the shower and waste water getting massaged). Had to remove the little o-ring on the water saver insert to get decent water flow.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SPRAY OPTIONS ARE GREAT I AM HAPPY THAT I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT. OLD SHOWER HEAD DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH RANGE OF MOVEMENT. NEW ONE IS MUCH MORE VERSATILE.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke at nut, low water pressure, no massage Without touching the shower head, the nut that attaches to the pipe coming out of the wall suddenly broke. When installed it was not overtightend so I suspect fatigue of cheap plastic.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor water flow Just installed today and going back to Home Depot tomorrow. I have thick hair and it will take me an hour to get all the shampoo out!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Should have read the reviews first! I have always had good experiences with Delta until now.I bought this a week ago from Home Depot and was immediately disappointed. Right when we turned the water on, it began to leak everywhere. Before returning it, I checked the reviews and they described my exact experience. Now, it is returned and I am using a Waterpik and it is working great for now.

Q&A

Is that possible to remove the blue pressure reductor to get more flow?

Asked by: Foz
Hello Foz, Thank you for your question on the Delta 6-Setting Shower Head. I will be more than happy to assist you. We do not recommend removing the flow restrictor in our shower heads and hand held shower wands as they are not designed to operate without them properly. Removal of the flow restrictor may result in a painful showering experience and will void the warranty for the shower head. This shower head has been designed to dispense 1.75 gallons of water per minute, though if you are looking for a similar shower head which has a higher flow rate than 1.75 GPM, we do also offer shower heads which can dispense 2 GPM as well as models which can dispense 2.5 GPM, if there aren't any water restriction laws in place in your area. I hope this information is helpful! Please feel free to give us a call if we can help with anything further at 800-345-3358. Thank you, Brandy Delta Faucet Company Customer Service

After installing shower head, I now have no water pressure.  I had water pressure with my old shower head.  What’s wrong before I return it back to Home Depot?

Asked by: Zozomom
Hello Zozomom, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta 6-Setting Shower Head and I am happy to assist you today. The maximum flow rate for this shower head is 1.75 gpm (gallons per minute) @ 80 psi (pounds per square inch). If you are more familiar with using a model which dispenses 2.5 gallons per minute or higher, you may notice a difference in the amount of water being dispensed. If you would like to test your model to ensure that you are receiving 1.75 gallons of water per minute, please fill a pitcher or bucket for one minute and measure the amount of water to be certain the model is dispensing the full 1.75 gallons. We do manufacture shower heads which have a 2.5 GPM flow rate. If you are interested in a shower head with a higher flow rate, please visit the link below and under the 'Type' tab, please select 'Shower Heads' and under the 'Max Flow Rate' tab, please select '2.50 gpm, 9.5 L/min': https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/showering/showerheads--handshowers I hope this information is helpful and please feel free to give us a call if we can assist you with anything else going forward at 800-345-3358. The 75641SN input is larger then my pipe. Is there a bushing available to use as a reducer? I cannot get the bushing out of my old Waterpik shower head.

Asked by: Rustyhubcap
Thank you for your question, Rustyhubcap! I do apologize for any issue you may be having while installing this shower head, but will be more than happy to help! We do not have a bushing that can be used, to reduce the size of the existing shower arm. The bushing from the existing shower head would need to be removed, before installing model 75641SN. Feel free to contact us directly, if you need further assistance. Best Regards, Benjamin

after I turn off the showere the shower head still drips a little. I have changed the cartridge in the shower section. It seems excess water is in the shower head and continues to drip for awhile. Is this normal?
