The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. The Delta® ProClean® Hand Shower cleans shower surfaces at least two times faster than standard sprays, powering off soap scum and shower messes. Terrible product. The coupling that connects the shower head to your shower arm is made of plastic, so as I was carefully hand-tightening (per the instructions), it broke. Completely useless.
When I called the Delta support, the person told me I should have used Teflon tape which the instructions do not include. Very expensive to throw out

Great item. Installed it in my master bathroom
The installation was super easy , my husband got it done in literally 10 mins. The water pressure feels the same like before..and it’s super easy to clean and use while taking a shower. The design is simple and yet super useful

We just installed the In2ition and I like the water flow. Is pause supposed to shut off the water? There appears to be no setting that shuts off the water. There is a setting where the water flow decreases but it’s still flowing at more than a trickle.

Does the wall bracket that holds the shower come with it

I am unable to get the both the shower head and handheld to work at the same time. Is there a button for this? Also the handheld does not spray water at all. Any suggestions?
I am trying to locate a parts listing and/or diagram for the 75655 (my unit is black) and haven't been able to find anything. When I try and use the Delta site, the system never attaches me to the 75755 unit and any related parts.
