SureDock® Magnetic Hand Showers bring reliable docking within reach. An integrated magnet on the back of the hand shower snaps your hand shower into place and holds it there, so it stays docked when not in use and doesn’t droop over time. While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look – with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks, without worrying about overspray or water waste. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaks @ the mount. Isn't DELTA a good name? As another poster has said, it leaks at the mount. We tightened it down until it would screw no more. Ours didn't last 4 months. You purchase a DELTA and you assume it will be a good product and last. Sadly we can not get our money back. Total waste

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaking at the swivel We had a plumber install 2. One works fine, the other started leaking at the swivel. 8-18-2024 bought a new one. Out of the box brand new, it leaks in the same area. It looks like the the “nut” (for lack of better terms) bottoms out before the ball seals tight to the gasket. Was there a defective model? Am I the only one? Is there a fix?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't last very long before it started leaking It lasted 1 yr and 8 mos. Yes, it has a warranty, but that takes a lot of time to deal with. Not to mention, a can't shower in the meantime as it is spraying all over the place. Make things to last.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken in just a few months I bought this a few months ago. I take it up and down multiple times per shower to rinse. The magnetic attachment is difficult to fully attach and therefore the shower head falls down frequently. It has fell so many times (a couple of times hours after my shower) that it is now completely destroyed. This shower head cost almost $100 it lasted me less than six months. Unfortunately I can't find my receipt or it would be going back. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hate the SureDock Magnet system I've had this for 9 months and it broke within the first. The "SureDock" system allows it to fall off at the slightest adjustment, scaring the crap out of myself and any of my house guests who I forget to warn about my idiotically designed shower head. I was able to kinda shove it all back together until recently, so there's some points to the actual showerhead. I was initially excited about this design as I thought it would be helpful for someone like myself with hand pain. I will be getting the same hand shower with a regular holder design. The showerhead itself is great.

Is this suitable for an outdoor shower?

Is there a magnatite mount available that I can add at a lower position for sitting / handicap use? The shower head would still be mounted head high for normal shower use.

I own shower head model 75689.  The shower head is leaking at the plastic mount.  The plastic casting under the magnet is defective and water leaks out of the mount.  It is not the gaskets, but the actual plastic mount.  Do you sell this part?

Can you eliminate water sense option?

I have had this shower head installed for 2 months and the swivel started shaping water every where

Is the pause button supposed to stop the flow of water entirely? With my unit it just decreases the water flow but does not stop it.

Is there anyway to fix the pause button on it the button sticks now so you have to hold it down for the water to run

Is there a replacement piece for the plastic around the magnet on the handheld part? The shower head got dropped and the plastic broke, and it won’t stay mounted now.
