Designed to fit a standard shower arm, the HydroRain™ Two-in-One Shower Head with Hand Shower installs in minutes. Once installed, it provides you with a luxurious shower experience and complete control over your water with a pivoting raincan and the option to use the raincan on its own, the hand shower on its own, or both together. While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look – with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks, without worrying about overspray or water waste. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water - and you help the environment too. Delta WaterSense labeled faucets, showers and toilets use at least 20% less water than the industry standard—saving you money without compromising performance.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Design and Materials If you bought this expecting a $303 product as marketed, you will be immediately disappointed upon removal from the packaging. I bought online as $79 Recertified item thinking it was a wonderful deal. First, it's 95% painted plastic versus metal as expected at $300+ price point. Second, the ball joint would not hold the weight of unit (without water) once the handheld was attached. Third, the ball joint is sealed so you have no way to tighten or adjust. Shame Delta, shame....Market this at honest $69 value and DON'T make customer pay return shipping upfront when this horrible design fails (very high probability after few years). If unit didn't fail, then charge customer for shipping.

I contacted customer service and advised them of the issue. Their response was quick and eventually replaced the shower head with another one. The new unit resolved my installation problems. I cant say enough about Delta’s customer care team, thanks for all your help. Your service will keep me as a future customer forever.

The description online mentioned the pause setting. However, the instructions in the box do not describe how to pause the flow, and none of the mechanisms I see on the shower head seem to pause the flow. How is the flow paused?

Does the "pause" only pause the hand shower or does it pause both the hand shower and the shower head? Are there any models that allow a complete pause?

Love this shower head but after just 1 year, the "swivel" can't support the shower heads weight so it just droops (points) down. Can this be fixed? THANKS!
