I just bought this at Home Depot and the install was easy. The reviews I read on Home Depot were mostly positive, however the reviews on the Delta site weren’t that good. I’ll give it some time see how it performs and will update my review. One thing I noticed, on the Delta site they don’t want to take any responsibility for any faulty issues, nor do they offer any assistance. I would expect more from a name brand.

Nice showerhead but it broke
We bought and installed this in our shower approx 7 months ago. The shower head and assembly fell on my wife while she was showering. Fortunately, she was not hurt. It looks like a plastic washer in the shower head broke leading to the assembly falling. Delta, can you help with this?

Versatile with Multiple Setting Combos
We love the range of options available on either of the heads, or both at the same time. This is more versatile than the single, large Rain Shower Head we previously owned by Delta. (The problem with that one was having to move the head out of the way to clear room to actually wash in our small shower. Which may be why it broke.)
The main head tips down and actually faces the faucet. This is convenient and I can turn off the smaller head.
Be prepared when you turn (back) on the smaller of the heads during your shower. All the water stored inside the hose will now be ice cold.
The only con to this is I have occasionally knocked the sprayer out of its mount. Either it wasn't secured very well or I pulled down on the main head which caused the sprayer to hit the top of my shower. (That's a poor design of the shower insert and where the plumbers placed the pipe.)
As for the flow rate, I have not noticed the issues others have. In fact, this provided more pressure than my previous shower head. I have taken to turning on both heads to lower the pressure when rinsing my hair.
We are considering adding this to the other showers in our house.

Needs some redesign.
Recently installed this and like the looks but the functionality needs to be improved.
The docking of the hand held shower is difficult especially for a person who normally wears glasses. The tab that locks into the shower head is small and fragile looking and when everything is wet I find it difficult to lock it back into place. A larger tab and locking indent
would help. Also for an all molded plastic product its pricey.

Head will not stay on the mount, always falls off.
Recently purchased this and it doesn't have half of the pressure of my old shower head. While the hand held wand works great it falls off of the mounting brackets multiple times while trying to take a shower. I am waiting for the day it breaks from falling and hitting the spout due to a poor mounting system. I kinda hope it breaks soon so I have an excuse to go and buy a new one. Don't buy this one, you will get very aggravated at how many times the head will fall out and hit you while standing under it.

Weak Magnet
I purchased this product from Home Depot. I should have read the reviews about this product before purchasing but I did not as this seemed to be what we were looking for in a shower head with a hose attached. I would highly recommend not purchasing this item because of the weak magnet and clip on the second hand held shower head. It does not attach very well at all and if hit just a little bit or a certain way it will fall off. Also the water pressure is low can not run both shower heads at the same time due to low water pressure. The pressure in the second hand held shower head is also weak due to low water pressure. This would be a great product if the magnet and the clip that holds the second hand held shower head was better with more water pressure.

What is the deferent between 58680-CZ25 and 75698DCZ I see it in lowes but there is big difference in cost
