Disappointed!
Unfortunately this Delta shower head & handheld wand combo didn't live up to my hope and expectation as the final component in an otherwise positive experience of an all Delta bathroom faucet & fixtures upgrade from the ugly, gold Delta Classic faucets.
While there were only two issues with this shower head's design, the second issue was enough to make it a deal-breaker
.
The first issue was the water pressure and flow rate. While the pressure was decent on the massage and shampoo rinsing modes, the primary spray was only tolerable for me personally. It was the flow rate (water volume) that was particularly disappointing, especially relative to our prior handheld. I was hoping to find and remove a flow restrictor that has become a common water-conservation feature in most shower head products since the 90s (Seinfeld, LOL!), but couldn't find anything. Of course whether this is an an issue or not is one of personal preference, so you may have no issue whatsoever.
Now, as "Colonel134" described in their 2-Star review with very helpful photos, our shower head also came apart and fell off at the attachment point where the head is designed to swivel.
Upon close inspection of our shower head's attachment point and the one in "Colonel134's" photos, I can confirm that the black, plastic washer isn't broken, but rather split by design, presumably to ensure the shower head stays connected to the plastic ball-head section that's still screwed onto the shower arm after the shower head falls off.
Based on only a week of use in which the shower head was only adjusted up & down a few times and slightly rotated to get the preferred showering angle, its my opinion that the ball joint is too small to sufficiently accommodate this shower head's size, weight, and range of motion.
Unfortunately, despite considerable force, I was unable to push the shower head back onto the ball joint section on the shower arm. So for now, it's back to the old shower head.
To end on a positive note, we love all of our new Brushed Nickel faucets from the Delta Classics Collection.

Shame on Delta
The magnet is so weak it barely holts the handheld piece at all. Just bumping the hose or turning it on causes it to fall. Delta should be ashamed. They should recall of offer some sort of fix!

Worked great but not for very long
My wife and I received this as a house warming gift a couple of weeks ago, so I hooked it up and everything was great, we both really enjoyed the new shower head in our new place so much so I tossed the other faucet that was on there away, mainly because my whole family uses delta products, and have always had good luck with them but after just 1 week of using the shower head something happened and it's blowing water out of the section where the handheld wand attaches to the unit, leaving it pretty much useless and now we are left with pretty much no other options, either go buy another shower head or take a bath , very disappointed in this product to say the least !

Is there any way to increase the water pressure on this? Or adjust the water restrictor? Water pressure is a lot less with this new shower head.

The HydroRain® 4-Setting Two-In-One Shower Head MODEL#: 75699 has a maximum flow rate of 1.75 GPM @ 80 psi.
It is possible that flushing the product could resolve this issue. To do this, turn off the water supplies, remove the cartridge, and turn the supplies back on for one minute.
Please make sure that you are getting good flow through both the hot and cold sides while flushing. You can also shake the cartridge back and forth to make sure the back half of the cartridge rattles. This means that the pressure-balancing spool is moving freely, as it should.

What part do I order to replace the water flow restrictor?

Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. Unfortunately, there is not a replacement part for the flow restrictor as we recommend against removing it. The permanent removal of such water conservation devices to increase flow would void the warranty of the product with regard to the restrictor's assembly and function. Potential consequences include noise, chaotic outlet flow, splashing, and internal damage from debris.
If you are having a low flow issue, you will want to check for debris accumulation and flush any potential debris from the faucet and supplies. Otherwise, the entire showerhead will need replaced.

The main shower head will not stay up. It tilts down towards the bottom of the shower and will not stay up. Especially when the handheld is docked, there is no strength to hold it up. Is it defective? I’m 6’ and have to keep moving it. Not happy.

The 75699SN sets on a ball connector that does have a swivel angle of 34° (17° per side). First we would ask for you to remove the shower head and try to reinstall making sure the threaded connection is tight and secure.

To install, does the whole unit have to turn clockwise into the shower arm? Or just the nut? If the whole unit must turn, then it is way too large and there is not enough clearance with the shower wall.

To securely combine the two showers, insert the top slot on the hand shower into the tab of the shower head. Then push the hand shower into the showerhead until the magnet snaps them together.
