Great quality and simplicity
This shower head is quality made, and I am pleased with it Quality and simplicity. It is easy to install, and there are no leaks or problems. The only improvement I would recommend to Delta is that hose should be about 12 inches longer.

Great shower wand/hose except
Great product, easy to install but find myself using only one setting even though it has 7. Some settings sting while others just don't give enough water for taking a shower. The one I use obviously is the best for massage/and covering all areas. The hose
I have had the shower for about 5 years and it has been good except now the stainless steel hose was good until now, one of the pieces fell off and now it's only a mater of time when the rubber hose tears/breaks. It has a Lifetime warranty and although I still have the box I can't find my receipt from Home Depot bc of the time passage. model 75700. I still recommend the product though btw, the best way to clean is with a "T" pin used for pinning items to corkboard. . Just insert gently and use exaggerated circled in each hole. Great for very high mineral areas such as deserts.

handheld shower head
I have to sit on a bath chair to shower and it was very inconvenient to change the direction of the water flow. With the handheld shower I can remain safely seated and take a shower. I really like the variety of settings on the showerhead. Great product for the price.

can i purchase a shorter hose or modify the one I have
the 6 fool hose is at minimum 12 inches too long. The shower head hits the floor if let go or layed down.
I would replace or modify the hose. I do not have a crimping tool bt have uther tools that may work.
Hi Bill, Thank you for your question. The hose for the model 75700 hand shower cannot be cut down as it would remove the fittings from the hose. We offer a 40" metal hose in chrome as U495S-40-PK, and a 40" white ultraflex hose U494R-WH40-PK that will work with the 75700. We also have 60" hoses U495S-60-PK chrome, U494R-60-PK white/chrome, and U490R-60-PK black/chrome.

hi,, I just installed a 75700 and then next day, I found a white o-ring type washer in the shower, did it come from the 75700 or the old one I took out?

How flexible is hose?

Where is the pause button that reduces the flow to a trickle? Is it a separate button, which would be easy to activate from any of the massage settings, or is it just one of the many positions on the lever, making it cumbersome to activate?

Matching Fixed Shower Head to This Handheld?
I have 2 diverters, and 2 shower pipes, on opposing walls in my shower. I want to put this handheld on one of them, but want a fixed shower head on the other one that looks the same as the head on this handheld (same design, same flow settings, same color). What model would that be?

I have very low water pressure. Is the flow restrictor removable?
Hi Tom, Thank you for your question. The model 75700 has a flowrate of 2.5 gallons per minute at 80psi which is the maximum allowed under current legislation. We do not recommend removing the flow restrictor as this will void the warranty on the product.

Packaging on my 75700 says hose is 60" long, I specifically ordered this because the description said the hose was 6' (72") long. What is it 5' or 6'??

what is the difference between the Delta 75700 and the Delta 75724 that is sold by Menards? Is it the same head, but the number is different only because it is a Menards exclusive or are there diffrerences between the heads?

Thank you for your question! This unit comes with a shower arm mount. However, the hand shower and hose can be used with a wall mount such as the U3001-WH-PK.

I have the U6300 ADA adjustable clip that will hold a shower handle on a grab bar. Will this hand shower fit in that clip?

What is the water flow?
The package states:
Maximum water consumption 2.5 gpm @ 80psi
Actual water consumption 1.8 gpm @45 psi
I don't understand what the difference is between the two. Which is it when I run my shower?
I need to know because I want to connect a filter to it.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 75700SN will have different flow rates depending on the pounds per square inch or psi that is coming into the shower valve. When you have a high rate like 80 psi, you are going to get 2.5 gpm or gallons per minute. When you have less water pressure like 45 psi, then you will have less water flow.
Included here are the specs for the model which includes a chart of the water flow based on the psi. Hopefully this will help determine your specific flow rate.

I just received my 75700. I have not installed it yet. The ball joint on the shower arm mount does not swivel. I tried to swivel it, but it will not move, I don't want to put too much pressure on it, don't want it to break. Please advise. Thanks.

Hello, I have been using the model 75700 for two years, and water leaks these several weeks when turn on the shower. Probably the water seems to come out of the connection between the head and the horse. Do I need to purchase a new one?

Do both the chrome and the brushed nickel colors of this showerhead contain titanium dioxide, or just the brushed nickel? Is this substance part of the showerhead itself or just within the hose (which I could switch out)?
