Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great quality and simplicity This shower head is quality made, and I am pleased with it Quality and simplicity. It is easy to install, and there are no leaks or problems. The only improvement I would recommend to Delta is that hose should be about 12 inches longer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great shower wand/hose except Great product, easy to install but find myself using only one setting even though it has 7. Some settings sting while others just don't give enough water for taking a shower. The one I use obviously is the best for massage/and covering all areas. The hose I have had the shower for about 5 years and it has been good except now the stainless steel hose was good until now, one of the pieces fell off and now it's only a mater of time when the rubber hose tears/breaks. It has a Lifetime warranty and although I still have the box I can't find my receipt from Home Depot bc of the time passage. model 75700. I still recommend the product though btw, the best way to clean is with a "T" pin used for pinning items to corkboard. . Just insert gently and use exaggerated circled in each hole. Great for very high mineral areas such as deserts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from handheld shower head I have to sit on a bath chair to shower and it was very inconvenient to change the direction of the water flow. With the handheld shower I can remain safely seated and take a shower. I really like the variety of settings on the showerhead. Great product for the price.

Which end of shower hose is which?

I can't tell which end of the shower hose to attach to the hand shower or the shower arm outlet. The instructions I received with my hand shower do not match the ones on this website. The website installation instructions say that I must attach the ridged nut end of the shower hose to the shower arm mount outlet so the vacuum breaker works. The tapered end of the hose must attach to the hand shower, and there is supposed to be a yellow sticker on the tapered end. The print instructions do not say anything about a vacuum breaker, except to call and ask about it, but mention the tapered end and the ridged nut (but do not show them in the diagrams). But each end of the hose looks exactly the same-smooth outside with threads on the inside and a black washer in each end. There was no yellow sticker on either end. Neither end is ridged or tapered on the outside. How do I know which end is which? If there is a vacuum breaker in the hose, how I do I know it's working properly if I can't tell which end it's in?
Asked by: Allison
As there was no yellow sticker and the two ends of the hose appeared identical to me, I randomly attached one end to the hand shower and the other to the shower arm outlet. Everything is working fine, so I'm not sure whether I lucked out in the coin flip or if it really doesn't matter.

Is this shower-head designed to conserve water?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 75700 has flow output of 2.5 gpm at 80 psi. It is not considered to be a low-flow showerhead.

How do I disassemble this shower head to clean out mineral deposits?

Asked by: Charlie
Hi Charlie, Thank you for your question! The hand held can not be completely taken apart for cleaning. I recommend soaking the entire head in a 50/50 solution of water and white vinegar for approximately 10-15 minutes to dissolve any minerals. You can also remove the debris screen in the end of the hand held wand where it threads onto the hose and rinse it. Best regards, Brandis

The water flow pressure is low. How can I increase it? Where is the flow restrictor in the unit? Can I remove it? I did not have this issue with the older unit.

Asked by: Mohan
Hi, Mohan! Thank you for your question. The Delta 75700 hand shower unit should give a flow rate of 2.50 gpm @ 80 psi. The hand shower has a flow restrictor that is non-removable. Removing or attempting to remove the flow restrictor may result in voiding any warranty you may have for this unit. Best Regards, Rosanna

What is the handheld/showerhead made of? Is it plastic?

Asked by: MEDA
Thank you for your question, Meda! Our hand showers are manufactured with both metallic and non-metallic high-grade materials to ensure long-lasting use. With any shower head or hand shower, the part of the faucet that you would grab onto is typically made of a plastic or a plastic-mixture, as metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion and retains heat.
