The part that attaches to the water spicket is made very cheap. It broke while installing.

Nice shower head
Works very well with my low pressure and looks great too. Easily detaches from it's holder but stays in the holder well too.

Delta 7501C Handheld Shower
Was easy to install by following enclosed instructions. Once installed, no leaks. Took a shower immediately and enjoyed the 7 different settings of water spray. Had a throroughly relaxing and enjoyable shower. Really like the setting that permits water to flow at a trickle while you lather up or shave.

Dripping on all settings!
Unit does not lock into the functions properly and causes a continuous dripping.
When you turn the head for any function it does not click into place.

Tapered end of hose cracked while installing
I love Delta products but this one seems cheaply made. I am a 70-year-old female with some arthritis in my hands but yet when I tightened the tapered end of the hose to the hand shower piece (by hand) it broke. Luckily I had another hose from another shower head and was able to substitute. Also the hose was very stiff and hard to get it to lay down properly. I was glad I had the other hose. I like how the shower head works and look forward to using it.

The problems continued
I purchased this hand shower approximately 3 months ago and have had nothing but problems. Initially, the unit leaked heavily immediately after installation. After I removed the unit I discovered the washer did not seat properly during the installation. I reseated the washer, reinstalled the unit and the leaking stopped, for a while. Next the unit developed a constant drip. I was unable to stop the unit from dripping. Finally, while I was taking a shower the water pressure caused the flexible hose to disconnect from the bottom of the handheld wand. This left me holding the handheld while the hose was shooting water at my feet. All in all I don't think this product is very well made and I would advise anybody that is considering purchasing this product to keep looking.

Worked well for 2 weeks
I installed this product two weeks ago per the instructions. There were no tools used and everything was hand tightened per the instructions. Yesterday it started to leak.
I took it apart and found that the plastic ring has cracked causing the leaks. I have put it back together and have gotten it to stop leaking for now.
I have purchased Delta products in the past and have never had a problem with them.
I am having a difficult time finding a replacement part.

Excellent hand spray
My husband & I are extremely pleased with our purchase of this hand spray. It was very easy to install & we love the different spray settings. I also wanted a hand spray to use when cleaning the tile surrounding the shower area & it works great. The shower head is easy to remove after showering to spray down the walls to remove soap scum & then return to the holder. The appearance looks really nice. We are long-time Delta purchasers & didn't hesitate when we found this model. The brand always holds up really well. Happy Campers!

fine faucet. like most the water flow's not great but that's the way of the future.
not fond of the hose - it's kludgy and not all that flexible.

Good, not glamorous
I only use one of the sever settings with any sort of regularity -- but maybe that's just me. I played with them a bit at first, and noticed that the temperature changes with the different settings, presumably due to varying amounts of aeration. That's a bit annoying, but may be unavoidable.
That said, the setting I do use has great pressure and even spray. The hose is a bit unwieldy, but generally stays out of the way.

Nice showerhead
The showerhead is well made and has nice styling. It didn't have the water pressure that I was looking for however. I ended up replacing it with a Speakman.

Arm broke after a couple of years of use
This is a good shower head, but the arm that holds the shower head broke. It looks to be plastic when I thought it was metal.
Is this replaceable under warranty?

Ah, Life's Simple Pleasures!
In most respects, I think this is an excellent hand shower. Although the ball end from my previous hand shower was extremely difficult to remove, once that was accomplished, installing my new Deltal 7-Setting Hand Shower was a breeze (no tools required!). I did follow the recommendation of wrapping plumber's tape around the stem. The shower works exactly as expected, with adequate water pressure and a nice selection of easily adjustable settings. My only complaints are that (1) the hose is a bit unwieldy, being longer than I need and rather stiff; and (2) the shower arm gets in the way of a rod that I mount on the shower stem for hanging hand-washed clothing (turning the arm sideways, I'm still able to use the clothes hanging rod). Another thing that occurred to me is that a child or very short person would have difficulty reaching the arm to remove it from the mount or turn the dial.

Plastic = Cheap
The design of the connection to the shower head extension could not have been more poorly conceived. The plastic sheared the very first time tightening.

Very Nice Look Coupled With a Great Price
Offers some nice features and good water saving performance. Installation was fast and simple and required no tools. I really liked the pause feature too. As noted by others, the hose is rather stiff. Durability is the biggest drawback. The handle's hose connector came apart on one of mine after only a month. In our other bathroom, it continues to work well and look great so I'm hoping I just got a bad one.

very easy to install
I hate anything to do with plumbing, but this shower was a breeze. It has a longer flexible pipe to the head so we can was the dog with ease. The adjusment of the head is easy.

Our old Chrome one was better
We use to have your guys chrome one, but it stopped working. We bought the white one and the hose doesn't lay flat and the shower head feels cheap. We really wanted to love this one like we did when we first got the chrome one.

Decent value, but not very durable
The threading on either end of the hose is plastic. Within a few months of normal use, cracks appeared and water began leaking. I was used a pipe clamp to hold it together, but the plastic finally broke apart. I hate to throw out the whole assembly, or even the hose, just because of one faulty part.

OMG!!!!!!
I've just wasted 2 hours installing this item. All plastic, sprays water everywhere but out of the shower head. Also the PLASTIC hose that is made to look like the more expensive metal hose is stays a twisted pile of plastic even after running just hot water through it. As one of the other reviews stated I would have returned it but it was too @#$% hard to get it to work correctly. As they say you get what you pay for! .

Worked great for a short while!
Bought from Home Depot and installed less than 30 days ago. It was working great until the hose connection attaching the shower head broke in half at the hand held unit leaving the threaded portion in place. I installed with only hand tightening(no wrenches) and teflon tape. There was no leak and no warning before the break. This hose is made in one piece and no way to repair short of replacing. If this is under warranty I would appreciate a return authorization for a new hose.

Great hand shower . . . except . . .
Except, we had to use parts off our previous hand shower in order to attach it to the holder. Beyond that, the hose was absolutely intractable. No matter which way you attached the thing or what you did, the hose would not lie flat against the shower wall. Would have returned it but it was too much trouble. We just used the hose off the previous hand shower. Maybe we should have just kept the previous hand shower.
