Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible shower ,don't buy it. I bought this yesterday at ACE, used it this morning and it is complete junk. Tomorrow I will throw it in the trash because I used it once, so I can't return it. I've never paid 30 bucks for one shower, until today. There's no water pressure at all.If you have long hair definitely don't buy this. This shower head deserves zero stars . Tomorrow I have to go purchase another handheld shower.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from handheld shower head I have to sit on a bath chair to shower and it was very inconvenient to change the direction of the water flow. With the handheld shower I can remain safely seated and take a shower. I really like the variety of settings on the showerhead. Great product for the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy, no water pressure! I Had this shower head installed by a professional plumber. Been using it for a week and the water pressure is terrible. Even the pulsating position doesn't pulsate. Was told by customer support that it is factory set at 1.8 and the best they can offer for a different model is 2.5. Don't waste your money if you want any water pressure at all to shower with.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible water pressure after installing Have been using for over a week now and this shower head is terrible! Water pressure before this shower head was great, now it's like getting spit on no matter which spray you select. And there are not 7 sprays, more like 4, some of them don't seem to change the water stream at all. Definitely won't buy this one again, I'm ready to return it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good value Great value for this device. Love the flexibility of the shower extension. Fast shipping, fantastic price. Replaced an older Delta, which always caused me grief with the stiffness of the use.

Q&A

Is the massaging spray supposed to be a steady stream or a pulsating stream?

Asked by: Moosesmommy
Thank you for your review, Moosesmommy! The Massaging spray is a powerful stream that redirects the flow of water into a concentrated pulsating hydro massage. Below is a link that will show the different models and the available spray settings that are offered. https://www.deltafaucet.com/design-innovation/shower-experience Best regards, Edward

This webpage correctly lists the hose-length as 60in, but the packaging for this item falsely claims that the hose-length is 72in... how has this never been noticed? And perhaps more importantly, who is going to give me the longer hose I was promised?

I just installed this shower head and it lacks from the wall-side of the ball joint (not from the joint with the pipe.) It seems to be leaking from the same location as the crack in the washer between the ban and the nut. Is that supposed to be cracked?

Asked by: Sje11112
I bought mine from Ace Hardware and the little plastic piece is cracked on mine as well and make the same way. After two weeks of use the whole head shot off the ball joint while I was showering
