The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks, then easily restarts the water with the temperature where you left off. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water - and you help the environment too. Delta WaterSense labeled faucets, showers and toilets use at least 20% less water than the industry standard—saving you money without compromising performance.
- Soft, rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up from the spray face of your shower head and hand shower with the touch of a finger

Terrible water pressure after installing
Have been using for over a week now and this shower head is terrible! Water pressure before this shower head was great, now it's like getting spit on no matter which spray you select. And there are not 7 sprays, more like 4, some of them don't seem to change the water stream at all. Definitely won't buy this one again, I'm ready to return it.

Good value
Great value for this device. Love the flexibility of the shower extension. Fast shipping, fantastic price. Replaced an older Delta, which always caused me grief with the stiffness of the use.

Insatisfaction
Mercu

Horrible shower head
Bought July 2021. Started dripping at adjustment ring on face and now just runs water out no matter what position you place the adjustment ring. Nozzles are not plugged up, so must be faulty gasket or something inside the shower head

Delta 7501C Handheld Shower
Was easy to install by following enclosed instructions. Once installed, no leaks. Took a shower immediately and enjoyed the 7 different settings of water spray. Had a throroughly relaxing and enjoyable shower. Really like the setting that permits water to flow at a trickle while you lather up or shave.

Excellent buy
I bought a more expensive Delta model but the water stream would spray out farther because shower head could not point downward. I exchanged it for this one. Happy with the price. It ultimately replaced a 15 year old Delta handheld shower head that lived a great life. Would definitely buy it again.

Disappointed
As I am a fan of Delta products, I am disappointed in this one. The flow rate is so low, that it takes too much time to Rinse my long, thick hair. It’s to the point where I am actually wasting water. Please tell me how to remove the flow rate valve - I don’t care about the warranty be voided.

Disappointed
Delta has always been a quality brand so we had no problem buying this handheld. Ordered it on 12/13/18, picked it up 12/23/18 but we didn't get the chance to hook it up until 12/24/18. Hooked it up cleaned the tub, turned the handheld on to rinse the tub, felt a pop & found a crack in the PLASTIC sleeve that connects the handheld to the hose. WHY would they use plastic on a part that takes quite a bit of stress? I would have thought Delta would know better.
Also, another reason we chose this handheld is due to the fact that there was a WaterSense label with the assurance that while you use 20% less water & save money, it would NOT compromise performance. WRONG! No matter how much you turn the water up there is barely enough pressure to make the water "spray".

OMG!!!!!!
I've just wasted 2 hours installing this item. All plastic, sprays water everywhere but out of the shower head. Also the PLASTIC hose that is made to look like the more expensive metal hose is stays a twisted pile of plastic even after running just hot water through it. As one of the other reviews stated I would have returned it but it was too @#$% hard to get it to work correctly. As they say you get what you pay for! .

Great hand shower . . . except . . .
Except, we had to use parts off our previous hand shower in order to attach it to the holder. Beyond that, the hose was absolutely intractable. No matter which way you attached the thing or what you did, the hose would not lie flat against the shower wall. Would have returned it but it was too much trouble. We just used the hose off the previous hand shower. Maybe we should have just kept the previous hand shower.

great purchase
This was a great purchase. It is the best hand shower I have ever owned. Only thing is it was a bit too long for my shower but other than that, it is great. Just wish I had bought it sooner instead of trying a cheap plastic one.

Q&A
Is the massaging spray supposed to be a steady stream or a pulsating stream?
Thank you for your review, Moosesmommy! The Massaging spray is a powerful stream that redirects the flow of water into a concentrated pulsating hydro massage. Below is a link that will show the different models and the available spray settings that are offered.

Does this product have a backflow prevention?
Hi, Jmyrb!
Thank you for your question. The Delta 75701C has back flow protection by means of two check valves which individually meet the requirements of ASME A112.18.3. Here is a link to the technical specifications sheet for this unit to show this certification:

This webpage correctly lists the hose-length as 60in, but the packaging for this item falsely claims that the hose-length is 72in... how has this never been noticed? And perhaps more importantly, who is going to give me the longer hose I was promised?
Hello Bunty,
Thank you for your question regarding the Delta 7-Setting Hand Shower.
I am very sorry to hear that the information listed on the packaging for your hand shower did not accurately reflect what you received and I am happy to assist you today.
Unfortunately, we do not have a replacement part number associated with our 72" hand shower hoses and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
Please refer to the email I sent to you regarding this issue or you may give us a call at 800-345-3358 and we will do our best to rectify this issue for you.
Thank you,

Need to gain more water pressure
I have the Model#: 75701C hand held shower and hate the water pressure. How do I remove the water saving device on this faucet?
Where is the aerator flow restrictor located in this model?
Date published: 2025-02-09
I just installed this shower head and it lacks from the wall-side of the ball joint (not from the joint with the pipe.) It seems to be leaking from the same location as the crack in the washer between the ban and the nut. Is that supposed to be cracked?
I bought mine from Ace Hardware and the little plastic piece is cracked on mine as well and make the same way. After two weeks of use the whole head shot off the ball joint while I was showering
