The Delta® ProClean® Hand Shower cleans shower surfaces at least two times faster than standard sprays, powering off soap scum and shower messes. I just bought the porcelain 5 spray settings Hand Shower at Lowe's. The installation instructions reference washers, but there are no separate washers with the unit. Are these already installed or do I need to purchase them?

Are the hose and fitting 100 % metal?

I bought this unit and installed as directed. It works great but I cannot get it to tilt down to get the proper coverage. Is there a different adaptor I can purchase to allow for more range of motion between the wall pipe and the shower hear.

Is there a low flow fitting in the shower head?
