Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the risk This unit includes a "pause" button that the name would imply would allow you to pause the flow. I'm assuming that it should work like a switch, meaning you push the button (and let go) and the flow stops, push the button again (and let go) the flow resumes. Immediately upon installation the water wouldn't flow and I had to keep clicking on the button to get it to stick in the flow position. I told my wife not to touch that button but it wasn't long before she accidentally did. From that point the only way to get water to flow was to hold in that button (this is a very difficult way to take a shower). No amount of messing with it would get it to lock in the flow. Tried emailing Delta but after getting no response for 4 or 5 days I called in. Spoke to a representative who gave me the impression a refund would be issued, requiring no further action on my part. However, a couple of days later I received an email with return instructions. It could be this was (a late) response to my email. In any case I shipped it back. So in the end I paid shipping both ways which really made it marginally worth the time and expense to return it.

It has 7 awesome cool settings from washing your hair or even your dogs hair it lowers the pressure so it will not go fast and such. The color is awesome the tube is long enough and it does not kink up on you whenever you are moving it around so much.

It was very easy to install and has very easy to follow directions. The fact that there are seven different settings makes it great for multiple users with different preferences. The Delta 7-Spray Wall Mount Handheld Shower Head makes your shower feel like a visit to a spa!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely love this shower head! I received this a few weeks ago and soon as I got it out of the box I couldn't wait to have my husband put it in. It has a beautiful Finnish to it and it's super heavy duty. He had it on in a snap. Took all of 5 minutes. The different settings are great and work as stated. It is a high sitting shower head so perfect for taller people. But to me I'm about average height it is almost like a rain shower to me. Definitely recommend this. Everyone in the family had to take a shower to try it out.

I love the color/finish BUT it does feel cheap. So far it has held up okay. Only more time and use will tell how far this goes but I am happy with it so far. Water pressure is good using it, no issues there.

Q&A

Our water connection is from behind wall, not on unit or slide bar. Do all connecting parts manufactured to match on water lines? The handheld shower handle broke, we've taped it, not rigid. Don't want the same poor design. Thanks.

Does the connection to the shower arm pivots up and down?

How do I get the &ldquo;pause&rdquo; function to turn off?
