Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for me... I received this about 2 weeks ago but prior to that I ruptured my right rotator cuff. I had to get a plumber this time, to help. Once he was finished and I took a look I knew it was perfect for me. And it matched all faucets and knobs in the bathroom. True test was that night in the shower, I tried every setting it and all worked wonderfully!! Perfect for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for tall people I am 5'10 and I always have to install a handheld shower head into any place I rent or own. This one sits higher than any other I've ever tried before and I am loving it! I had no idea just from looking at it, so I was very surprised and impressed. I really enjoyed the 7 different spray options and I am able to switch them easily with 1 hand. I also loved how quickly and easily I was able to install it. Literally took me a minute. All though it uses less water, it gave great water pressure, if not better, than other non water saving shower heads. There were 2 things I noticed that could be improved on. One is that the hose is very stiff and did not stay/sit were I would have liked it to. I could no longer use my hanging rack because of this. I've had others with much better hose flexibility and I much prefer that. The second issue is that the pause button repeatedly got stuck and I was not able to take advantage of the water saving feature as intended. It would not turn the water back to full pressure and I had to repeatedly press and manipulate the button to get it back on. If it would work correctly, it would make it easier to wash the kids and pets and clean the shower, just to name a few advantages. I did see it comes with a 10 year warranty and I will be taking advantage of that. I have not used it long enough to have any water build up on the spray holes but having the feature allowing me to easily wipe/rub away buildup is a big plus that will save me time and money in the long run. Overall I am happy with this handheld shower head and it's ability to use less water, helping the environment and savings me money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect for tall people! I am 5' 10 and I always have to put a handheld shower head into any place I rent or own because of my height. This sprayer head is higher above my head then all others I have ever previously owned and I'm loving it! I had no idea just from looking at it that it would be higher, so I very surprised and impressed. My head doesn't come close to touching it, as it would with other handheld styled sprayers. Installation is extremely quick and easy. Took about 1 minute, literally. I love the ease of switching between spray options too. I can do it with 1 hand. Never experienced that before and the 7 spray options are all very nice. I feel more water pressure but I know it's using less. Mind blown! There were 2 things that I feel needed some improvement. One is that the hose is very stiff and did not fall/stay where I would prefer it to. I've had much better hose flexibility with others I've used and much prefer that. The other issue is that the pause button repeatedly got stuck and I was not able to get the water to spray again as it was intended to. It's a great feature and I would love to take advantage of it but It happens everytime. I did see it came with a 10 year warranty, so I will take advantage of that. I haven't used it long enough to utilize the feature that allows for quick and easy cleaning of the spray holes when buildup occurs but that is a wonderful feature that will save me time and money in the long run. Overall I really like this one and the fact it uses less water, saving me money and being better for the environment.

Let me start this off by stating that I am only able to compare this to my previous shower head, so your comparison might be different if your previous one was better than mine. I love shower heads that have a hose, to be handheld. I like being able to remove it for when I am cleaning my shower or giving my toddler a shower when he is super dirty. So all I have owned is these types, and sometimes it's hard to find a good pressured one having the hose that lessens the pressure a bit. As stated, this head has 7 spray settings. Some I won't use, but the ones I enjoy are giving me great water pressure compared to my previous shower head. I like the generic "full body spray" setting the most, personally. I feel like it covers the most and has a great pressure behind it. There is a "push button pause control" that seemed odd to me at first but I actually like it. I have a small standing shower and it's hard to get out of the water when I need to, like when shaving my legs. Having this pause feature is a nice option. Normally I just push the shower head to the side so it his against the wall and not me, but having the option to not be wasteful is very nice. Overall I truly love this shower head. It's bigger than my last, so more area is his with water, and the pressure is noticeably stronger. Very very happy with this item!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks nice I've been in the process of updating my bathroom fixtures and this was the last one to be done. It looks nice and was super easy to install. The hose is a little stiff but I'm sure that will work its way out. The only issue I seem to have is the pause button. It's a nice feature for cleaning but mine gets stuck on. It took me a few minutes to get it to release and start spraying again. Not too big of a deal since I won't be using that daily. The multiple spray options are nice too.

Our water connection is from behind wall, not on unit or slide bar. Do all connecting parts manufactured to match on water lines? The handheld shower handle broke, we've taped it, not rigid. Don't want the same poor design. Thanks.

Does the connection to the shower arm pivots up and down?
