Everything was included, a wrench, plumbers tape and extra washers in 3 different sizes. Following directions that were included and easy to understand it properly took me 20-30 minutes. I’m 78 and try to fix any minor issues without having to call a handyman. So far I’ve been successful because I know my limitations.

Just bought this and first used it today. I put it on "Pause" because I shave in the shower. In a very short amount of time I felt the water getting hot. I flipped it off pause and it almost scalded me before it went back to the temp it was before putting on pause. All I can say is......WTF???????

We made the mistake of buying the combination model with a detachable handheld hose. Worked fine for a month and a half. Now it won't completely shut off-----drip, drip,drip. Both purchases, same thing.

I’ve had other handheld shower heads since I moved into my home in 2022, however, this one truly has been the best one. The set up and install took less than 5 minutes. It fit perfectly in the shower head holder I purchased from Amazon. For my first shower with my new shower head, I decided to wash my hair and man was that an experience. I felt like I was at the spa lol! Long story short, I have a his and hers shower and I have yet to go back to my side of the shower since I installed this. 10/10. I would repurchase this in a heartbeat.

I bought this unit and installed as directed. It works great but I cannot get it to tilt down to get the proper coverage. Is there a different adaptor I can purchase to allow for more range of motion between the wall pipe and the shower hear.

Can the shower arm mount pivot? That's not addressed in the instructions, and I've tried to loosen the large nut at the ball but it's taking so much force that I'm afraid of breaking it if it's not adjustable.

Can the connector that attaches to the shower arm move to adjust the angle of sprayer? As a short person don't want the water hitting me in the face. I would rather step into the spray if the angle can be adjusted.
