You state that the fitting which holds the hand held head can be adjusted. Do you just move it up or down or do you need to loosen something?

Purchased 75740BL back in August via Amazon and it looks great, but the proclean button sticks in the on position no matter what we do to turn it off. All the other "rotary" functions on the head work fine. Is there a trick to it or can we exchange?

I have a Windemere shower faucet kit (Model BT14296SS). I'm considering a hand held shower head. Can this head be replaced it with another without any modifications? I'm considering Model 75740SN. Is this compatible? Thank you.

What is the GPM of each setting on this nozzle, including the cleaning head?

Can this model be attached to a shower faucet that is directly downward-facing (as opposed to angled out slightly, as shown in your promotional photos here)?

My son has very sensitive skin. We replaced the shower head and ever since he has been getting a rash after showering. Is there anything in the in the lines that could cause that?

Can the connector that attaches to the shower arm move to adjust the angle of sprayer? As a short person don't want the water hitting me in the face. I would rather step into the spray if the angle can be adjusted.

Does the 75740 model have the ability for the shower head to move slightly, left to right, up or down when positioned in the holder? Thank you for the info!

The handle fits tightly to mount. No real wiggle room up or down. You could turn it sideways if too high fitting upright, but that will offset shower head either left or right about 5"

Does this product contain an aerator that can be removed to increase water pressure? After one use the water pressure diminished.
