I purchased this product at Menards on December 31 and installed it in my new home. The shower hose suddenly tore in the middle and no longer works. I believe it was defective at purchase. Is it eligible for warranty service?

Hello- is the shower head plastic or metal?

We purchased a new shower head, just need to purchase a base swivel part.  It screws to the base.  Is that possible?
