Q&A
I purchased this product at Menards on December 31 and installed it in my new home. The shower hose suddenly tore in the middle and no longer works. I believe it was defective at purchase. Is it eligible for warranty service?

Hello- is the shower head plastic or metal?
We just purchased this shower head yesterday. After installing it, we found the shower arm mount couldn't be adjusted low enough to spray on us. Is there another mount with a wider range that we can buy?
Hello!
Unfortunately, your best alternative would be to install a different mount such as the RP61294 mount lower on the wall.

We purchased a new shower head, just need to purchase a base swivel part. It screws to the base. Is that possible?
Hi Anita,
Thank you for your question! This model 75741BL hand shower includes the hose and a shower arm mount with swivel connection.
See U3401-BL-PK for only the arm mount with swivel connection and hose outlet.
Please reach out with any additional questions!
Best Regards,
