is there a second place to put the handheld head, or do I always need to return it to the fixed head assembly? Is there a diverter that works with this to control whether the water goes to the handheld or the fixed head?

is there a user guide for this model shower head? Specificially we are wondering how to adjust the diverter. The sprayer continues leaking water when we have if turned off.

we purchased this shower head with an "additional mount" that we thought would be a wall mount for the sprayer. However, this did not arrive with the original order.Should it have been included? If not, that means we need to purchase the wall mount elbow?
