I have a client who purchased the 18" bar, but needs the 12" bar. Can the bar be cut down?
Hi Stephanie, Thank you for your question!
The 18" bar 75918 can be cut.. Be careful, there are plugs stuck in either end about 1" away from the end. If you cut the bar, do not cut into the plug. Push plug out after cutting and reuse plug.

Is this towel bar available in 18” chrome?

Can this towel bar be used inside a shower surround to hang a wash clothe?

Thank you for your question. The bar can be installed in a shower, but we recommend to wipe it down after each use to help prevent water spots, etc.

Is the black matte towel bar made out of metal? If not, what material?

I am missing a mounting baracket for my towel bar. (I was told the part number for is is RP100079. It is close to an oval shape. I searched parts for the above number, but could not find it. Can you please help? Thank you.

What is the weight this bar can handle?

Our towel bars are tested up to 50 lbs. We also carry grab bars if needed to support more weight.
